The fee schedule for E-1/E-2 visa classification (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows: 

1.   Legal fees (for our Office): $2,200 payable at the commencement of the case
2.   Filing Fees (to the USCIS, Form I-129) : $460
3.   FedEx Expenses: approx. $70
4. $2500 for Premium processing fee

1.   Legal fees (for our Office): $1,800 payable at the commencement of the case
2.   Filing Fees (to the USCIS, Form I-129) : $460
3. FedEx Expenses: approx. $70
