L-1 A CLASSIFICATIONS
The fee schedule for L-1A classification (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows:

Filing fees (to the USCIS, Form I-129, personal or corporate checks, BOTH payable to "Department of Homeland Security.") Regular Processing: $1,385 |
4. | Asylum Fee (to the USCIS) : $600: For a company with 26 or more employees $300: For a company with 25 or less employees $0: For non-profit companies |
5. | Federal Express Expenses: approx. $100 |

The $500 Fraud Prevention and Detection fee (personal or corporate check ) made payable to the "Department of Homeland Security. This fee will be applicable to: |
Note 1: On Dec. 18, 2015, President Obama signed into law Public Law 114-113, which contains provisions to increase certain L-1 petition fees with immediate effect for cases postmarked on or after Dec. 18, 2015, and it will remain in effect through Sept. 30, 2027.
These additional fees apply to petitioners who employ 50 or more employees in the United States with more than 50 percent of its employees in the United States in H-1B or L (including L-1A, L-1B) nonimmigrant status. Petitioners meeting the following criteria must submit the additional fee of $4,500.00 with their L-1 petitions:
All initial L-1 petitions; or
Transfers from one employer to another
Note: For governmental Requests For Evidence (RFEs), we charge extra based upon the complexity of the issue(s).
L-1B CLASSIFICATIONS
The fee schedule for L-1B classification (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows:
Note 1: If the L-1B is likely to be complicated, we may charge higher amounts for legal fees.
Note 2: We charge the same fees for new cases and extensions.

3. IF YOU ARE A COMPANY WITH 50 OR MORE EMPLOYEES AND MORE THAN 50% OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE IN H-1 OR L-1/L-2 STATUS:
A CHECK FOR $4,500.00 (CORPORATE CHECK ONLY) MADE PAYABLE TO THE “Department Of Homeland Security.”

Blanket L-1 CLASSIFICATIONS
The fee schedule for Blanket L-1 classification (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows:

Filing fee (to the USCIS): $1,385 $695 for small employers and nonprofits |
3. | Fraud Prevention and Detection fee: $500 |
4. | Premium processing fee: $2,805 |
L-2 CLASSIFICATIONS
The fee schedule for L-2 classification (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows:
1. | Legal fees (for our Office): $800.00 for an independent L-2, payable at the commencement of the case, $300.00 for an L-2 application filed with an L-1 application |
2. | Filing fees (to the USCIS, Form I-539): $470.00 |
4. | Federal Express Expenses: approx. $70.00 |
