This is to share my experience with all of you who are anxious about various issues with immigration processes. We recently contacted Rajiv's firm for guidance in our case. I consider myself very forthright when it comes to my opinions and valuesystem.  My small step of seeking their assistance led to great strides in terms of my confidence and optimism. I mean it. I personally feel the consultation with Rajiv has tremendously helped get clarity and direction. Normally we are vary of approaching attorneys with our ignorance regarding the legal issues. Interacting with different levels of knowledge and on diffrent planes of understanding is normally not very comfortable. All such discomfort was dispelled in my very first consultation with Mr Khanna. I felt he is a professional with a sensitivity towards naive clients.  I felt he showed a very authentic and a genuine concern to understand where a person is coming from. That human touch sometimes has a huge bearing on our sense of hope and life in general. Expertise, knowledge in just hands, with a nice human being. With a competent and an understanding individual at the helm one would be in stronger starting place to pursue one's objectives. I vouch for that. His team members Suman Bhasin, Leslie, Chengappa also are competent, courteous, and prompt. I am happy to associate with them.

My wife and I received our I-485 approval within 24 months for the whole process with Rajiv S. Khanna as our attorney and the simply wonderful team of case workers. Rajiv is an expert on Immigration Laws and is straight up and abreast of rules & regulations and is strict about the law and stays strictly as defensive. The most impressive part is the team that comprised of Heather Riddick and Art Shifflet was just so efficient and so professional, that the entire process seemed so easy. We had our ups and downs with USCIS RFEs and delays but throughout all that, the team worked with great empathy and took the time to understand and hear out our concerns and worries and gave us just the right advice and support. All I can say is that they both feel just like family and are truly the best team i have worked with for any such legal matters or otherwise.

I have been in DC for 2.5 years now and spoken to many lawyers when it came to retaining services for immigration needs. In every interaction I have had with Rajiv's office, I was most impressed their honesty and no-nonsense attitude. Having dealt with some pretty bad lawyers who were more concerned about $$ than the interests of the client, dealing with Rajiv's firm was a breath of fresh air. I cannot say enough good things about Diane, my case manager. She really has been beyond fantastic. The most important thing for me was timely feedback, and in that regard, Diane was exceptional. I never ever had to ask as to what was going on with my application, b/c she was one step ahead in telling me. I wish I could send more positive comments about her, but I cant, simply because I do not believe it does her professionalism, her demeanor or her experience justice. Overall, a great experience (and one that only took 2.5 months for the GC ! ! !)

I was very impressed with Mr. Khanna's consultation with reference to a matter related to a denied entry to the USA. I found him to be very thorough,knowledgeable,precise and a down to earth professional. He understood the problem quickly and advised on the matter in a non-hurried manner-which I believe is very important to any person seeking his advice. I recently had my labor certified. I am so glad that my GC process is going thru this firm. Everyone is so professional. Specially I would like to mention Vijay Durgham's name. He is a very thorogh and dedicated person. He was always accomodating and whenever I had any question he was there to answer. I highly recommend Rajiv Khanna services, We used them for our corporate  Green card sevices,  It was a great experience working with them, they know the immigration law, and they do have ability to guide employers and employees properly. As of now Rajiv filed around 40 PERM LABOR applications for us,  and I am proud to say that all of them got approved. Couple of cases went thru audits also.  Our filrm point of contact was Heather, she did a great job for the company and also to the employees. Normally Attorney offices won't entertain to talk to company employees, but in Rajiv office, Heather is so kind to answers our employee calls and made them aware of the case updates, as an employer we felt so happy when our employees experiencing good and great service.       

We started GC process with Khanna firm in 2004. I got approved my GC in month of February. My case was assinged to Bharathi, prompt answers were provided when ever we had questions, concerns & queries. Bharathi thanks a bunch for your help during this process. Whole process was cake walk, professionally handled. Would recommend Rajiv and his team members for everyone who is lost in immigration world and looking for professional help.

I filed the LC on the 1st week of January 2009 and got my GC approved on the 1st of April 2010. I am a bit lucky as my whole GC process through Rajiv S Khanna Office was great and a pleasant experience.
