Got GC problems?? Talk to Rajiv Khanna. That's exactly what I can say to all of those who are facing trouble in thier GC filing In 2006 I got my labor approved. I filed for I-140 in Nov-2006. And then 485 in Aug 2007. On 2009 Jan 6th I had received an Email from USCIS that my I-140 had been denied. There was no MTR given in my case and USCIS made a point that my consulting company got my labor in fraudulent manner and my I-40 can't be approved. My consulting company lawyer said there is nothing anyone can do in my case. So I contacted Rajiv Khanna. He took my case as if he is fighting for own. And he assured me that USCIS is wrong is denying my case. He himself prepared all the paperwork and involved me in all conference calls. I could listen very carefully on how he dicatated the case to his team and his team polished the necessary items further before filing the case. Rajiv Khanna and his team takes every case personally. They are the best. On 2010 Jan 2nd I received another mail from USCIS. Said my I-140 case has been approved. I never would have thought that I can start New Year like that. My kudos to Rajiv Khanna and his team (Mathew, Sheena) who always responded to my email regarding all case related queries and provided help in best possible way. I am on H1 and my wife (on H4 visa) was out of status for more than 8 months. We received the approval nunc-pro tunc. Just to give little background, we found about this when we were planning to process her F1 visa. We browsed through all known forums and short listed two firms, Murthy's and Rajivji's. After the first consultation with Rajiv, I got some ray of hope and thought of retaining Rajivji's firm at that very moment. I omitted the options of retaining my employer's corporate firm and Murthy's firm. Rajivji was very thorough about our case and even had a discussion with my employer to get all the inputs.

I took consultation with Rajiv Sir twice. In few words, I would say he is excellent in his knowledge and he really reads your case, tries to understand it before he talk to you over the phone. My case is very much complicated ( labor substitution, EB2, concurrent filing, previous comp filed chapter 7, new comp filed another GC with different salary and job duties...etc).

During my first consultation, I asked same set of questions (10 - 15) from both Rajiv Sir and Sheela Murthy but I got all my queries answered with satisfaction and piece of mind only from Rajiv Sir.

During my 2nd consultation, due to dynamic nature of my queries, discussion needed more time than scheduled and Rajiv Sir gave me another slot free of charge to give me right direction before closing discussion thread with him.

I got my GC yesterday. I am still waiting on GC for my wife because there is an RFE on her case.I didn't get the RFE information yet on my wife. This is my case ============ -US Masters Degree - EB2 , Priority Date Nov 2004 - Applied for EAD in Sep 2009. - Received EAD in three weeks and AP in four weeks. - Received GC yesterday after 70 days for my application date. I finally received my green card this month after 5 years. Just a little background, I been working with Rajiv ji since 1999 , I almost have 6-7 H1 extensions. I started my GC process before Perm and been through almost all the possible complications one can have. I can proudly say that with help of Rajivji and team I am able to finish that journey without losing the hope. I got an opportunity to talk to Rajivji for than 6-7 times on different problems. On one Friday I received a notice that USCIS transferred my I-485 case to AAO by mistake even after they approved my second I-140. I was really upset as it means there will be at least 18 months delay even if my date is current.
