The USCIS Electronic Immigration System (USCIS ELIS) is a streamlined online account-based system that allows customers to view their applications, petitions or requests, receive electronic notification of decisions, and receive real-time case status updates.
USCIS ELIS allows applicants to:
- Set up and manage their accounts conveniently and securely;
- Submit applications, petitions, or requests and supporting documents electronically;
- Receive and respond to notices and decisions electronically;
- Make payments online; and
- Access real-time information about the status of their cases.
