Payable at the time of the Consular Processing or I-485 petition preparation:

• Client (Main Applicant):
  • I-485 / CP: $1,600.00 (additional: $400 for EAD; and $400 for Advance Parole)
• For each Dependent, as applicable:
  • I-485 / CP: $1,400.00 (additional: $400 for EAD; and $400 for Advance Parole)

Note: For governmental Requests For Evidence (RFEs), we charge extra based on the complexity of the issue(s).
