Update to Form I-539, Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status03/05/2019 12:00 AM ESTUpdate to Form I-134, Affidavit of Support03/05/2019 12:00 AM EST02/13/19. Starting 05/06/19, USCIS will only accept the 02/13/19 edition. Until then, you can use the 11/30/16 edition.Update to Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative03/05/2019 12:00 AM EST02/13/19. Starting 05/06/19, USCIS will only accept the 02/13/19 edition. Until then, you can use the 02/27/17 edition.
