These are some sample cases from our files. It is impossible for us to highlight all we have done in the past thirty years of our practice. These are just some of the cases that come to mind.

We filed a petition under premium processing for the beneficiary, who qualified based on his publication record, original contributions, membership in a professional society and service as a reviewer of others’ work. The beneficiary had more than sixteen years of research experience and thus had garnered an international reputation for his outstanding work. We provided letters of recommendation from various international experts in his field that confirmed his status amongst his research peers. The beneficiary had documentation to show his senior level membership in a professional society. We provided documentary evidence to show the stringent criteria for this level of membership. Due to the beneficiary’s exceptional work in his field as an author of numerous publications and a reviewer for this particular society, a Research Fellow nominated him for senior membership. We also provided evidence of the beneficiary’s extensive list of scientific journals for which he had been selected to act as a reviewer. His research peers held his expertise in high regard; thus, he has an extensive list of editors who request his services to review and edit manuscripts for publication. The beneficiary’s original work had been commercialized and had a significant impact on his field of expertise. His continued employment was essential for the maintenance of some highly noteworthy projects of several distinguished institutes with which he was collaborating. The petition was certified, and he obtained his Green Card.

We filed an EB-1, Outstanding Researcher petition premium processing for the beneficiary who qualified based on her extraordinary contributions in applied sciences. Her substantial and highly innovative contributions paved the way for commercial manufacturing of flexible displays by major, well-known display manufacturing companies. The beneficiary’s commercialized research was well documented. She has over eight years of research experience in the nanotechnology field producing a multitude of patents. We also provided documentary evidence of the beneficiary’s research publications in prestigious scientific journals as well as the lengthy citation record of these articles.  What was unusual about this case was that the beneficiary did not have a PhD, which is the norm for many, if not most EB-1 cases.

We won a case for a Ph.D. in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems – Geomatic Engineering.  He had over eight years of teaching experience and ten years of research experience.  His unique background landed him a position abroad as a critical member of a high-level research team. We provided documentary evidence to show the applicant’s qualifications, which included publications, media articles, citations and letters of invitation to present his innovative work.  The applicant had extensive evidence to show the impact of his contributions to his field.  Evidence covered a lengthy period of time reflecting the years of highly specialized training and experience gained by the applicant. We submitted letters of recommendation from high-ranking officials who had formerly worked with the applicant on various projects. We also showed that his expertise was world-renowned and thus was invited as a guest editor for a prestigious scientific journal.

He was the recipient of notable awards for extraordinary achievement. He also conducted peer reviewing of manuscripts for prestigious international journals and conferences.  He was also often called upon for oral presentations and seminars, which resulted in extensive international collaborations. He also served as peer reviewer, committee organizing member, and graduate supervising committee member. In addition, he was a member of 2 prestigious professional societies. He was well known in his field for numerous innovative and pioneering discoveries.

We won a case for a surgeon who had over 31 years of research, teaching and surgical experience. This applicant was highly qualified and known in the field to be one of the few that have reached the highest level of success. He was very well published with over 90 publications and authorship of a multitude of book chapters. We provided extensive documentary evidence to show that he was one of the premier surgeons in his expertise. This applicant was frequently called upon as an invited speaker and presented his work worldwide. We also provided evidence to show his extensive contributions to the field, which included numerous patents, technical guidebooks, and several book chapters. He also qualified to judge the work of others as a session chair, committee member, conference organizer, journal reviewer, and thesis examiner. He also was a member of several prestigious professional societies, which required nomination for membership.
