I really appreciate Mr. Rajiv, Kalpana, and their team for their work. They handled my case with utmost care and very professionally and did regular follow up with USCIS for the case status. They were always there to answer my questions and clarified them with almost details. I would highly recommend them if you have any immigration issues.

I have worked with Rajiv Khanna, Anna, Ulysses and Kalpana for over a year and finally got my H1 visa a couple of weeks ago. It was a tough year for H1 visas, with an increased number of RFEs. But the attorneys handled my case very well and provided excellent suggestions at crucial points. At every stage of the H1 process, the attorneys were well aware on how to tackle the case for the best result.
I will come back in the future, and also recommend others, to use the services of 'Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna' for addressing any immigration related issues.

My relationship with Rajiv's firm and the team goes back 10+ years - starting with initial application for H1 all the way through H1 renewals, green card application & subsequent approval, multiple EAD renewals and most recently application and approval of naturalization. All along the way, spanning multiple years, I have found the team of attorneys and specifically the broader team to be attentive to detail, sensitive to requirements and above all courteous and ever willing to help. I've had the pleasure of discussing directly with Rajiv on many occasions and every interaction is characterized by a deep understanding of the problem at hand and practical advise on how best to resolve. One couldnt ask for more while navigating the immigration system in the US. This is a great team and I'm forever thankful for the guidance and support they have provided. Needless to say, if you are looking for immigration support I'm positive that this firm will meet and exceed expectations.

Processing Times Involved in NIW

Question details

If I may verify the processing times involved in NIW. Since it falls under EB2 category, I am assuming it may be a long time before I can get my EAD card and be able to change employers. Also, I want to confirm if there could be issues if I change employers during the process - If so, I'd prefer to change my current employer before starting with it.

You can change employers any time if you are a self-applicant and will continue to work in your stated area of national interest.  But NIW priority date will take the same time as a normal EB-2 application does.  See:

A big thanks to Rajiv and Daine!

I selected Rajiv's attorney firm out a few shortlisted and I am sure my decision was perfect. They worked on my L1A individual visa and I really admire the approach of working and dealing with clients. They have a clear picture of documents required, process to be followed and the timelines. Both of these have been extremely patient and confident in the process and the results were in my favor.

Thanks and Good luck!

Adjustment of Status, Form I-130, Form I-485, ESTA, Fraud/Misrepresentation, Waiver

We have received a particularly remarkable green card approval a few weeks ago. USCIS alleged fraud and denied the green card where the spouse of a US citizen had entered the US on visa waiver and then applied for Adjustment of Status (AOS) within a few days after entry. We were retained once the green card had been denied. The allegations of fraud or misrepresentation are particularly troublesome because they operate as a PERMANENT bar against immigration. There is a narrowly tailored waiver available, but it can be difficult to obtain.
