Hi Folks, I am extremly happy to inform you that I got my Green Card process completed in a record time of one year. I am just back from India after finishing the CP Interview in Chennai successfully. Mr. Rajiv , Ms. Fidelina Baptista and all his staff Suman Bhasin, Amel Berhe, Leila Lehman, Nimia were very helpful in the entire process. Needless to mention that Mr. Rajive is very good in handling EB2 cases. They did a great job in getting my labour and I-140 approvals and also cooperated very well in my persuit through CP instead of the regular I-485. During my I-140 stage, when I called and asked Mr. Rajiv that I want to opt for CP, he immediately agreed and accepted the challenge though it was not very popular at that time. I am extremly thankful to the entire Law office of Mr. Khanna without which I would not have got my Green Card so fast. I definitely recommend the services of Mr. Khanna who are looking for a good and efficient lawyer. Good Luck to all, Chandra.
I found Mr Khanna's office as very professional and prompt.
Mr. Khanna and staff were very prompt in responding to questions. Mr. Vijay & Ms. Nimia took special care in scrutinizing the papers and always went out of their way to get my papers processed in time.
I and my wife recently received our 485 approval notices in the mail. PD: August 21st, 1998 I-485 RD: August 5, 1999 FP: November 30, 1999 I-485 approval: February 28, 2000 Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his office helped us throughtout this process and provided expert guidance and timely advice whenever we needed such. Mr. Khanna was available at very short notice to answer any question and put us at ease many times throughtout this process. He is very much informed about the latest happenings in the field and uses this and his experience to perform the best possible service. I have been thoroughly satisfied with his office and commend their professionalism and honest approach of doing things. We would like to thank Suman Bhasin, Diane Lombardo, Leila Lehman, Fidelina Batista, Nimia Aranibar and Amel Barhe for their professionalism and hard work in getting us through this process. This would not have been possible without their help and support. Finally I would like to add that for anyone looking for a hard working, accessible, knowledgeable and trustworthy immigration lawyer, Rajiv Khanna and his office are a sure thing!

Hi ALL It took me sometime to write this comment, because it was hard to find the words to express my admiration and satisfaction with this winning Law office, especially my Case Team (Amrita and Seema). I come from a background that I had few failures with other offices; Needless to say, I lost both Money and Time. When I moved my case to this office, I thought it was a little more Money than I paid before. Also, the process seemed a little slow, because my Case Managers was very careful and cautious about every detail. They always said, we look at the long term implications, not to have you pass the PERM and fail in the next steps. Frankly, I felt bad sometimes because of the time spent to get everything perfect. Here come the surprise, when they finally submitted my case, I got approved within 72 Hours. it was obviously shocking unbelievable surprise. This result made appreciate they way the case was prepared and the time spent. That being said, this office worth every penny paid and more. I'm really impressed with my Case Managers (Amrita and Seema). Amrita, Seema, Thank you very much for all what you done. Looking forward to applying I140, I485 with your office. Everybody out there, forget about your law office you are using, go with immigration.com, these people know what they are doing! Thanks all Emad Girgis
Awesome service. No problems at all. Case got approved in less than expected time.
Entire staff at Rajiv Khanna law firm is very helpful especially Diane Lombardo. My green card petition got approved and i received my green card. Many many thanks Mr.Rajiv Khanna and Diane Lombardo.
I would like to thank the law offices of Rajiv S. Khanna with getting 129f petition approved. Also with my case manager Ursula with explaining each step of the process and answering all of my questions. I would have been lost with all of that paperwork without their help.
Thanks for Rajiv Khanna and his team for helping me in getting my Green card. We received our Green card last week after we opened Service Request. Thanks for helping all these days in getting EAD/AP without any trouble and much appreciate your kind responses. Thanks Prerna Mehta for your help all these days. Parthi

I want to apply for a K 1 visa for my fiance and her 10 year old child. What is the waiting period for this visa type, and what can I do to expedite the process.
The processing times can be determined from this page http://www.immigration.com/processing-times-and-status-checks. As to expedite, check with USCIS customer service if they have any recommendations.
I have completed my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering (4yrs) and working as a Subject Matter Expert in US on L1B visa with a work experience of 4yrs. I have completed 2 Microsoft certifications and AICPCU certifications. Will I be eligible for processing Green card on EB-2 category ?
You will need 5 years of post-bachelor's experience. Certifications do not usually help.
I am an OT practicing here in the US and came from another country. I graduated with BSOT and had an OT VOLUNTEER work for 2 years in an adult setting back home. Would that count as a part of the 5 years experience? And from that 2 years, I was not yet licensed OT for the first 6months.
GENERALLY speaking, for EB-2, there is no requirement that I know of mandating paid experience. Volunteer experience could potentially be used.
I recently switched jobs and had my H1-B transferred from Company A to Company B. I have all the H1-B sponsorship documents in place from Company B.
I am married and my wife is on H4 visa. My wife is currently in India and she has a valid visa and I-94 based on my Company A H1. My wife’s visa and I-94 are valid thru Sept. 30, 2010.
My question is, although I have the all the approved papers for my wife’s new H4 visa based on Company B, instead of having her go for a re-stamping can she fly back on her old but valid visa and I-94?

I have come to US through my company with my L1 Visa. I am currently working with my client. There is an agreement between my company and my client not to hire my company employees within 6 months after quitting. I cannot move to any other company here in US as i am on L1. My company is not willing to file H1 either. If I have to move to a different company I should have a H1 Visa filed.
Recently my client offered me to join their company, but I don't have my H1 and i cannot join my client company even if i get my H1 because of the 6 months restriction. What are the different options to join my client.

Our green card applications just got approved and now we are waiting for the cards to arrive. Law offices of Rajiv Khanna did a wonderful job in our green cards processing. Rajiv Khanna is a nice person and his advice through phone calls and emails helped us in resolving the issues. Rajiv's team is one of the best team I have ever worked with and they beat my expectations in terms of QUALITY of service. Especially Amrita and Bharathi are helped me several times and they are very helpful and prompt in responding to emails. I would strongly recommend Law offices of Rajiv Khanna to anyone in the future who require immigration assistance.
