Hi Folks, I am extremly happy to inform you that I got my Green Card process completed in a record time of one year. I am just back from India after finishing the CP Interview in Chennai successfully. Mr. Rajiv , Ms. Fidelina Baptista and all his staff Suman Bhasin, Amel Berhe, Leila Lehman, Nimia were very helpful in the entire process. Needless to mention that Mr. Rajive is very good in handling EB2 cases. They did a great job in getting my labour and I-140 approvals and also cooperated very well in my persuit through CP instead of the regular I-485. During my I-140 stage, when I called and asked Mr. Rajiv that I want to opt for CP, he immediately agreed and accepted the challenge though it was not very popular at that time. I am extremly thankful to the entire Law office of Mr. Khanna without which I would not have got my Green Card so fast. I definitely recommend the services of Mr. Khanna who are looking for a good and efficient lawyer. Good Luck to all, Chandra.
I found Mr Khanna's office as very professional and prompt.
Mr. Khanna and staff were very prompt in responding to questions. Mr. Vijay & Ms. Nimia took special care in scrutinizing the papers and always went out of their way to get my papers processed in time.

Mr. Khanna was available at very short notice to answer any question and put us at ease many times throughtout this process. He is very much informed about the latest happenings in the field and uses this and his experience to perform the best possible service. I have been thoroughly satisfied with his office and commend their professionalism and honest approach of doing things. We would like to thank Suman Bhasin, Diane Lombardo, Leila Lehman, Fidelina Batista, Nimia Aranibar and Amel Barhe for their professionalism and hard work in getting us through this process. My wife and I received our ‘welcome notices’ within 1.5 years of the whole process with Rajiv S. Khanna as our attorney. To give you a brief background about our GC journey, my EB1 (OR) was first approved last year. During that process, I received an RFE and Mr. Khanna and his team were very skillful in handling that RFE and got my I140 approved. Later, it was a pain staking journey concerning the I485 and finally I received the email from USCIS indicating that the ‘Welcome Notice’ was mailed and my card production was ordered. During the whole process, Mr. Khanna and Diane Lombardo were very professional and provided me with relevant information concerning all immigration related legal issues, so that I clear the process without any hassle. I strongly feel that Mr. Khanna knows his field and I would recommend his firm to anybody. We are really glad that we chose this Law firm. It’s worth every penny. We are greatly pleased with Mr. Khanna and his staff as far as their professionalism, courtesy and promptness regarding my GC processing.
Happy to see our 485 approved.
Really appreciate the help, guidance provided by all the staff from Law Office of Khanna's in the process.
My wife and me got my green card after 5 years. We are greatly pleased with Rajiv and his staff as far as their professionalism, courtesy and promptness regarding my GC. Some of my friends and employees of our company went through Rajiv and all of them are also happy like me. We are thankful to Rajiv and his staff.
I reserve only the highest praise for Rajiv Khanna and Heather Crump who helped us throughout the immigration process. It is rare to find legal services provided in as friendly and supportive a manner as rendered by Rajiv and Heather. Both Rajiv and Heather gave generously of their time and expertise and answered all our questions promptly, clearly, and completely.
Rajiv's approach is warm and personal, not cold and clinical, and he constantly provided the sort of big-brotherly, yet highly professional, support that put us at ease through every step of our immigration. With Rajiv on our side, we were quite confident of having our family-based green card application approved, even though ours was a somewhat unconventional case.
We were equally lucky to be assigned to Heather whose positive attitude, kind words, and personable nature brightened up many of our days.
Judging from the high quality of legal services we received, it is not surprising that the "Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna" are spoken of so highly.
I strongly recommend the "Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna" to my friends and family for expert legal help! You will be in good hands!
We received our green cards yesterday and would like to thank the team at Rajiv Khanna's Law firm. Prerna and Richa were awesome and answered every query quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this firm and both Prerna and Richa. Thanks again!

Thank you for your advice Mr Khanna. It was very helpful. Thanks for replying so quickly and giving us an appointment it was very kind of you.
I was referred to Mr Khanna by a friend. I wanted some information on the J-1 visa waiver process. Mr Khanna was extremely gracious to reply to my email over the weekend and instantly asked his secretary to schedule an information call. It was a pleasure to speak with Mr Khanna. His depth of knowledge on the subject was very impressive. He was very patient in answering all my queries to my satisfaction. I am extremely grateful to Mr Khanna for providing me the legal guidance that I needed and putting my mind at ease. I will refer Mr Khanna to anyone who seeks a highly experienced and compassionate Immigration Attorney who actually cares for his clients.
Its been about a year since I have interacted with the Law office of Rajiv Khanna and I have found them to be very knowledgeable and experienced with the whole immigration and Green Card process. They have been quick to answer any questions and efficient throughout the course of the application. Thanks to the team for making the ordeal of the entire process a lot more simplified!

As of March 5, 2015, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is temporarily suspending adjudication of Form I-129 H-2B petitions for temporary non-agricultural workers while the government considers the appropriate response to the court order entered March 4, 2015, in Perez v. I am an Indian and have been living in London for the last 6 years and currently in the process of getting British Citizenship, which I am hoping to get by April and subsequently British Passport by June. I work for a leading international bank in London.
My girlfriend is currently doing Masters in Illinois, USA, so, I am looking to move to US, but understand the H-1B visa is a bit complicated.
My question is, how does the quota system work for H-1-B visa and when does the new quota start, and what's the best period to apply for one? So, If I am looking to move there in October 2015, when do I have to get an employer to apply for H-1B for me (provided an employer agrees to sponsor me)? or, is there a particularly good time to apply for H-1B visa?
Also, is it easier to get the visa if I am there physically in the US or it doesn't matter?
See clip from Attorney Rajiv S. Khanna's conference call video that addresses this question.
