Hello Aliens, If Rajiv accepts your application, that means your work is done. You need not to worry. I strongly recommend Rajiv and his team for anyone interested to hire a lawyer for their immigration process.
I got my I-140 processed with Law Offices of Rajiv S. Kanna in EB1(OR) category. Mrs. Diane did an excellent job in filing I-140 and I-485/EAD/AP. They know what is best for their clients. Even though, I belong to CSC, I never had any problem in getting my application filed. I strongly recommend you to get their help if you want a professional, dedicated and the best assistance.
Excellent work Rajiv & Co. Very thorough in the approach, case preparation, no-delay communication, on-time filing, coupled with personal advice and feedback - all these qualities reflect how well Rajiv and his team work. I could call up and talk to Rajiv/his team any time and any number of times. Many clients are ignorant of the details involved in the GC process - but no matter how small a clarification, I elicited a detailed and quick response. Always very courteous and professional -- I felt very confident on how things were moving. My case particulars - PD Sept 9, 99 - Labor certified Mar 27, 2000. Hats off to Rajiv, Suman, Amel and Priya for the great work. Most importantly, here's a team that will let you know upfront what is required from you. Communication is rank #1. So folks, if you need a sound and highly experienced immigration attorney, look no further than to Rajiv Khanna & Associates. You will not regret the choice. Good luck.
I was really excited when I heard from Amrita that my labor certification has been approved so quickly. I would like to thank Mr. Khanna and his staff for their dedicated support in this regards. I am expecting the same level of support from you for the rest of green card process.
My GC was approved in less than two years through The Law Office of Rajiv S. Khanna. I got very quick response from the firm for any kind of questions related to my case. I highly recommend them.
My problems were solved through your office. Thank you very much.
Thanks Sushila. You did a wonderful job in filing the labor.
I received my GC within 3 years in EB3. All credit goes to Rajiv and his wonderful team.
This was my second attempt to file GC. (My first attempt got screwed up because of lawyer.) Second time I've insisted to go with Rajiv Khanna. My experience was wonderful. Rajiv, Suman, Mathew, Richa....they all did a great job. They are always responsive and available. I feel like I was dealing with friends.
I highly recommend Rajiv Khanna's firm.
Excellent service by Rajiv and his team:
My husband and I got our GC approved recently. It took us almost 5 years to complete our GC process from start to end. Rajiv and his entire team have been very responsive in answering any of my questions through out the process. Special thanks to Rajiv and Mathew for answering all my questions in the last 5 years. I would definitely recommend their services to any one that is looking for an Immigration lawyer.
Keep the good work going.
Thank you.
Thanks for your service. Myself and my spouse I-485 approved after nearly 4 years. I really appreciate Rajiv, Mathew and Jitesh for your help during I-140 denial, prompt returning telephone calls and emails. Never had problem to contact Rajiv to clear doubts about I-140 denial. Thanks again to Jitesh and Mathew to set up conference call with Rajiv to answer my questions.

I would like to genuinely thank you for all your help and advise and I am glad that I took your services as I tried a number of lawyers before you and everyone gave me conflicting advises. I am writing to you my whole experience in detail so that you can put this in forum as other people may get help from this.
At last it is over - the wait and agony of many years!
First, I want to thank this spectacular group and everyone who have shared their views and ideas... this forum has been a great asset for everyone appearing for CP.

New fee allows USCIS to recover the costs of processing immigrant visas after individuals receive their visa packages from the Department of State abroad
Hi all,I wanted to share my wife's N400 interview experience which had lots of continuous residency issues. it is thanks to this forum's contributions that we decided to apply anyway in spite of the fact our own lawyer advised us against it. and she got approved and had her oath on the very same day!
I am on H-1B visa and my wife just received her H-4B. She is not allowed to get SSN as this is only for people who allowed to work. I need to get her TIN (TAX Identification Number) but not sure where to start as I have been told she needs TIN for Driver licensing and open Bank account.
1.I am in India and my I-20 has been terminated. What should I do to reenter in the United States?
2.Can I reenter the United States with an I-20 issued by a private university for a full time course and not by public university?
1. You will have to look for another school/visa.
2. As long as the school is authorized to issue I-20, you can apply for an F-1 visa. But make sure the school is not running into problems like Tri-Valley University did.

We filed my H-1B petition using premium processing and now we received an RFE. How much longer will it take before USCIS makes a decision now?
When USCIS issues an RFE, they give a date by which the response to the RFE must be received by USCIS. Once USCIS receives the RFE response, the 15-day clock starts again for you to receive a decision from USCIS. This decision can be an approval, a denial, a notice of intent to deny (NOID), or USCIS could issue a second RFE.
USCIS published improved forms in easier-to-use formats and with new data collection technologies:
USCIS has launched a new Form Improvements Initiative Web page which explains the types of improvements in the initiative, introduces recently published and upcoming forms, and links to each form’s landing Web page. You’ll also find information related to form improvement initiatives, including enhanced Web content (i.e., posting filing addresses and detailed fee information on form landing pages) and filing reminders.
