Hi everybody.. Thanks to excellent work by Rajiv and his colleagues, we received our GC in about 10 months - filed 485 in Jan01, approved in Nov01 EB2 RIR. There is no doubt Rajiv & team are the best- one can feel assured about the entire process - we got step by step explanation of the entire process, the documents that will be required, sample of all affidavits that may be required. We just provide personal and work info, Rajiv's office completes all paperwork and send them for your signature - very quickly by Fedex. Diane is very thorough and a pleasure to work with. We had no RFE's but had to file I140 amendment for company merger. Everything went on smoothly, thanks to Rajiv's staff and their solid preparation. Entire GC process started in Sep 99 to approval in Nov 01. Great job Rajiv. Once labor was approved, we had info as to what we can expect in the I140 and I485 process. If you don. t know the secret beyond TEAM WORK read the following. It is the clearance of Labor Certification in California. Rajiv and his team members filed on 10th May 2000 for my Labor Clearance under RIR category. It was cleared at EDD Sacramento on 23rd of May and sent to DOL, SanFrancisco for further approval. On 5th June I got a message from the GREAT TEAM and surprised to hear that the Labor Certification is done. . Excellent Job!!! Just in 25 days!!! Unbeleivable !!!. Probably it is stunning news for Rajiv too. I know the quality of the work, the efforts what they put and how systematic they are. Extremely professional!!! Kudos to Rajiv and his team in getting our greencard approved in 1 year 7 months. Here are my details: EB2 India. Priority date: October 98. Labor certification was done via RIR in 7 months, I-140 in 2 months from TSC, and I-485 in 7 months from TSC. We had our passports stamped last Friday, and are awaiting our greencard. I originally started off with another lawyer, but changed to Rajiv shortly afterwards. That had to be the best decision we made!!! Rajiv and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and informative. He took no chances at all, and left no stone unturned in making sure our applications were complete. Believe me, this is the lawyer you want on your side.

I was in a difficult situation with a missing labor certificate, pending I-140 due to that and fighting with DOL, Mr.Khanna's office did an excellent job especially Mr.Jitesh dealt it through every possible opportunity and finally got it resolved by taking it through lawsuit against DOL. I have been using the services of The Law Office of Rajiv Khanna for a while now. Labor certification in my case was recently approved, following conversion to RIR. The window for conducting recruitment and preparing the package was small, only 4 months. In addition, I was away for a month on vacation during this time. However, with my employer's and Vijay's help, I was able to complete the recruitment process on time. Vijay was very patient and professional dealing with my employer and me, despite some delays at my end.

In spite of the fact that my case was closed mistakenly by backlog center, Rajiv Khanna's team were great in communicating with backlog center and was successful to reopen my case. I am very much impressed with the professionalism of Richa Narang, one of Mr Khanna's staffers. She was very patient and worked very hard to complete all the forms and putting the supporting documents together before filing with USCIS. I used the services of Mr Khanna's firm to file for Green Card through labor certification (EB2 Non-RIR) in Oct' 2003. In Jan' 2007 the Department of Labor came back asking us to convert non-RIR to a RIR application. Mr Khanna's firm supported me with documentation, news paper ad details and answers to lots of my queries. The RIR application was mailed on 03/29/2007 and I received a notice from US Department of Labor on 04/26/2007 that my labor has been Certified.
