I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest appreciation for the great job done by this law firm in getting my LC approved in record time. My LC was filed at the Florida SESA on August 2nd, 2000 and approved from Atlanta DOL on 18th September. The entire process took only 1.5 months, which is incredible considering that Labor is taking around 4-5 months in that region. This has been made possible mainly due to the expertise and professionalism of the staff of this law firm, particularly Rajiv Khanna, Suman Bhasin, Richa Narang and Vijay Durgav (among others). USCIS Announces Citizenship Resource Center Improved for Mobile Devices
Beginning December 12, the free citizenship preparation and study materials in USCIS’ Citizenship Resource Center will be easier to use from a smartphone, tablet or other mobile device. Among the improvements, the new design puts key navigational links inside a single “hamburger” icon like that found on many other mobile sites. This redesign follows the launch of mobile friendly design on other parts of uscis.gov and uscis.gov/es earlier this year.

My I 140 is approved in 2013 and H1-B 5 year and 3 months are completed.
I have important question , after 17 Jan 2016 , my any chance I loose my job and my employer revoke my H1-B and I 140.
1. Will I get some time to find new job and new employee to transfer my H1-B ?
2. after my employer revoke my H1-B what is time line I can still transfer my H1-B visa with new employer?
Government will sympathetically consider unexpected layoffs and should give you consideration up to 60 days each H-1 period. I had an interesting N-400 interview yesterday. Don't know where to start but the IO stemmed out of the office with my thick file while I was waiting for my attorney to arrive. I quickly summed him up to be a hard ass. BTW, I have been an officer of the law for a little over four years now...My attorney arrived shortly after and we went to this small conference room. I was sworn to tell the truth, and the interview started.

Great work, splendid support, excellent work ethics and prompt responses - a few of the words I've to describe the team that processed all the paper work needed for my Labor Certification. I got the labor certification completed in about 2 weeks, somthing that I didnt anticipate at all.

Labor Approved from California in about 35 Months.
