I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest appreciation for the great job done by this law firm in getting my LC approved in record time. My LC was filed at the Florida SESA on August 2nd, 2000 and approved from Atlanta DOL on 18th September. The entire process took only 1.5 months, which is incredible considering that Labor is taking around 4-5 months in that region. This has been made possible mainly due to the expertise and professionalism of the staff of this law firm, particularly Rajiv Khanna, Suman Bhasin, Richa Narang and Vijay Durgav (among others). I am grateful to them for a job well done and will recommend their services to anybody about to start the journey. On to I-140!!!!!
First of all; I would like to thank the entire Team member who has worked in my case. Special Kudos goes to my case manager 'Aruna Marthi'; she did absolutely fabulous job to get me through this whole process. The time, and efforts you guys have given me the only reason of this case successful. Can you believe it, I got my whole process completed within 6 months and I-485 got approved in less than 2 months.
Thanks again for all of your efforts.

I am very thankful to Rajiv Khanna and his team of professionals for their work on my employer sponsored green card case. All of the people from the firm I had to deal with in the process were very nice, always responded to the numerous questions that I had on timely basis. On a couple of occasions, I needed somethings done really fast in order to catch a passport expiration date and another deadline and Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna were there for me, handling my paperwork in the fastest possible way as requested by me. With their help and probably some luck I was able to complete the whole green card process from start to finish in less than an year. This time also includes three months during which the ball was in my court, while I was gathering different documents for the I-140 and I-485. I am very happy with the services of The Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna and hope this message can bring them more business, which they deserve.
We thank Mr.Rajiv Khanna and his team, especially Bharathi and Ursula for their professionalism and diligence in handling our case. We have successfully got our H1B and H4 approvals. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
With best regards,
George and Teena
Dear Rajiv,
I would like to say my BIG "thank you" to the Mathew/Aruna team. I posted message early after my I 140 was flawlessly done. Now finally I and my family reached very important milestone - we received our Green Cards in the mail. What I can say - the excellent job of the Rajiv's team and a bit of luck I got the whole process PERM-EAD/AP-I140-I486 for a little bit more that 8 months. Not a single RFE. Not a single hiccup. That can only speak of how professional all the paperwork was prepared. I HIGHLY recommend Rajiv's company. If you want to put your fate in good hands, you can count on this company. Always with good advice, with excellent open communication channels and ready to get in action to serve better its clients.
Now that my journey reached its final destination and there are new prospective on the horizon, I will continue to spread the word about this excellent company –
The Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khana.
Good luck to every one.
Signing out.
Nick
: Dear Rajiv:
I really appreciate the diligent work that you and your team put into my case.
The fact that we didn't get any RFEs for my I-140 and I-485 petitions, in spite of having my previous I-140 petition and the MTR denied by USCIS, shows clearly that you know the way to present material to USCIS so that it doesn't leave any questions/doubts in their minds that we qualify to stay in this country. I believe this is the result of your analysis of each case meticulously and preparing the supporting documentation according to the nature of the case, rather than following a cookie cutter formula like lot of other attorneys. I have seen my previous attorney do it and lot of friends' attorneys doing this. The standard statements I have heard so many times... "We don't need to submit that document now. We can submit that if USCIS asks for it". Forget about sending the documents to USCIS, they don't even let us know that we may need a piece of document and ask us to have it ready. Everything seems to be reactive, rather than proactive. No wonder USCIS takes so long to process some applications. They have to ask for every piece of information and at some point, they might even deny the petition for lack of clear evidence.
For all people who are going through the long and painful process of getting GC, there is only one advise I would like to give. Try to have a highly experienced immigration attorney like Rajiv on your side from day one. It is really hard to correct the mistakes done by other attorneys later. A petition filed with all the necessary paperwork, in the correct form and order will save you from a lot of heartache later on. Even if your company doesn't reimburse for the expenses, it's worth paying for it from your pocket.
And Rajiv, I would like to make a small suggestion to your staff too. While both my I-140 petition (re-filing) and H-1B extension petitions were being processed at the same time (during Dec 05 - Jan 06 timeframe), when your staff asked for copies of the same documents multiple times, it was getting on my employers nerves. The rant I kept on hearing from my company's HR people was, 'we just mailed/faxed them that document last week. Why are they asking for another copy again?'. Members of different teams didn't seem to have any idea that another petition is being handled by a person in the same office and that those documents already exist in another folder in the same office. A few small notes tagged to the files or consolidation of documents for each client might make the experience even more pleasant.
Thank you so much for your help and attention. I wouldn't even think of going to any other attorney for any future immigration related work I might have.
Regards,
Ravi

Hi,
Thanks to the Entire Team of Mr.Rajiv Khanna, especially Subha & Aruna who did a excellent job in getting my Labour & I-140 Approval. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!! and Excellent Service.
Once again Thanks to Aruna & Subha.
Thanks for the great job done by Aruna. I got I-140 in less that 1 month. . I hope my 485 also clear with same process speed. Rajiv and team are very organized in documentation that reduces lot of time by avoiding queries to the case. Because of the efficiency in the way my case was handled. Thanks to the good work done by Aruna, my I-140 got approved in less than 3 weeks. Aruna was always prompt in returning my calls/emails and quickly clarified any queries I had. And she was very good in coordinating with my employer during the process of filling the forms.
Because of the efficiency in the way my case was handled I didn't feel any pain at all in this crucial step towards my GC. I sincerely recommend their services.
Finally I got my 485 approved Today . I had really good service from this firm in my green card process. I strongly recommend them to any one looking for Immigration help.
Thanks especially to Mr.Mathew Chacko, Kumuda Prasad, Hellen Anchillo who have helped during this process.
I'd like to thank Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, for all the assistance with my case. The whole GC process through your offices was a real pleasant experience. As I am mentioning below, it took USCIS 6 years to adjudicate this case, when it was transferred from my former company, but it was possible only because of prompt intervention from your side and finding the correct resolution for this problem. I couldn't say that it happened by itself - it was truly a collaborative effort between Mr. Khanna and all other people of Law Offices of R.S.Khanna, my current company, my former employer, and last but not least, support from my family. Unfortunately, it showed how inefficient the government could be in certain aspects, and only diligence and persistence turned this into a success.
There was a complex RFE for I-485 AOS based on employment 2 years ago, which involved a H1-b denial of extension for former employer, handling status during that period, new H1-b, and travel to home country for visa stamping.
I’d like to thank Mathew Chacko for handling my case and all aspects of it.
I'd like to mention the diligence of Bharathi for answering to my emails almost instantenousely.
I'd like to thank Mr. Iqbal for stepping in and making sure about timely communication with USCIS NSC.
I'd like to thank Leslie and Prernaji for helping with other matters.
If you need your complex case done right, don’t hesitate to contact Mr. Khanna and his wonderful team.

Arrived around 9:15am, there were about 50people in the waiting area, checked in with the receptionist, and sat down for my interview. 30mins, 45mins, 60mins, 90MINS went by still no one called my name. Finally someone around 11am called me, so walked all the way down to the other end of the hallway.
After the formalities, I was asked if I had brought anything that I hadn't already submitted, I handed him proof of selective service registration.
I was asked the following questions:
Just wanted to share my timeline and some lessons learned. The whole process took a little over 6 months and now I'm a citizen of the United States of America.
Final Timeline:
We had great advice from Mr. Rajiv, in a few minutes he would provide a precise answer for our questions . Thank you very much.

You can use Immigration.Com "Advanced Search" feature to locate information more intelligently than just through a "word match," a literal search. Note that we are FOREVER working to get this better and better. So, each time you visit, you may find new items and improvement.
Using "Advanced Search" on Immigration.Com
Hello, everyone. This is Rajiv S. Khanna for immigration.com, the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, P.C.
I wanted to show you the “Advanced Search” feature on immigration.com. I enjoy it because it does focus your search considerably. We have a lot of information. It can be hard to parse through the information.
Every day we do something new and try to get better and better and better. I still have a lot of work to do on the website. The team has a lot of work to do on the website. But we have enough information at least to get you going and keep you in the right direction.
Let me start with the “Advanced Search” feature.
If you press on the “Search” button with nothing in it, just search. It brings you to this button, where you have “Advanced Search.” So you go into “Advanced Search.” The top portion is “Search,” but the bottom portion is “Advanced Search.” Click on “Advanced Search.”
You can search by putting in a search term which contains any of the words, contains a specific phrase, for example, “Adjustment of Status”--that phrase should be there; or containing none of the words. Some words you may not want.
I particularly like the fact that you can search in particular categories. These are categories, which are like tags. When you have tags, like a tag cloud. So these categories that are much more specific. And then, on top of that, you have types. There are content types. For example, let’s say I want to know if there’s a Community Story—you know, people’s experience. We tried to data mine some of these from our own forums.
If there’s a particular Community Story for citizenship. Find and click on the category, “Citizenship” under “Citizenship and Naturalization.” I know what specific story we’re looking for. Let’s put in the word “Detroit.” So I want somebody’s Community Story of what happened during Citizenship/Naturalization in Detroit.
And, after that, when I hit the “Advanced Search” button, I’m led right to the story, “Interview in Detroit.” This is somebody’s story about what happened in Detroit.
Another neat thing that we have is that, if you look at the bottom, we have these tags dimmed. The reason they are dimmed is because I’m not quite happy with the way we have cross-referenced information. But this is just the beginning. I’ve been doing this for the last several years. I’m still not happy, and we’re going to do more, a lot more, making information easily accessible to all of you.
So, let’s look at this. If I click on one of these tags, it will actually bring up the content, all the content, that has been tagged with that particular tag. So, if you look at this, all the particular content that has been tagged. If I look at any content. Let’s say, for example, if I go to “H-1.” I click on “Work Visa,” I go to “H Visa,” and I go to “H Visas for Nurses,” for example. If there’s any tags at the bottom of this and there should be. There’s not going to be a lot of information, but whatever information that we have will be all there for you. Every piece of information that was tagged with that came up.
So, I think this should help you find your way around immigration.com. And I love doing this, and I thank you for being here.
I got my Immigrant Visa thru Consular Processing on August 2000. Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna helped me through the process. His staff were generally helpful and knowledgeable. Among other things one I most appreciated was the fact Rajiv made time to reply every e-mail queries I sent and return every phone messages I left. That was re-assuring during various stages of the process. I will certainly refer them to anyone who wants immigration/non-immigration services.
