Hello! Rajiv Khanna and Charu Bhagat were extremely helpful in the process of obtaining H-1 status for one of our employees. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna for work of this nature, as they did an excellent job. The process was smooth and all questions were answered quickly. Thanks again!
Hello All, Filed for I-485(EB2-INDIA, RIR). First off let me thank Mr. Khanna and his team members Diane Lombardo, Suman Bhasin, Nimia Aranibar, Priya Raja, Madhavai (and everyone else that I have missed in this list) for their WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and COMMENDABLE work they have done so far and would be doing in the future. The work is simply FABULOUS. These folks do realize timing, esp., when Diane was so QUICK and EFFICIENT for my I-485 filing. Also I was ASTONISHED when I did get a REPLY from SUMAN on Saturday afternoon for a query that I had left on her Voicemail Friday evening. As someone else said in this guestbook, I was asking too many questions, and all my questions was answered promptly. I envy this team for their PROMPTNESS :-) I would recommend this TEAM for anyone who wishes to immigrate to the USA. After discussing with a lot my friends, I am HAPPY to have Mr. Khanna on my side. Thanks, Ramesh Doraiswamy
Now I am waiting for my priority date to be current. My country's line is just too long.
Maybe rajiv did my LC and I140 too quick! :)
The LC took about 3 month and I140 took about 6 month. Everthing went so smooth. Highy recommend the team again! I heard the new act about Green Card is that, quota will not be based on country, is it correct?
Rajiv Khanna law offices did an excellent job in filing my I-140 and I-485 applications at CSC. I-140(EB1-OR)
filed on 03/99 and was approved on 03/00. I-485 filed on 03/00 and was approved on 09/00. Overall it took 18 months for
complete processing at CSC. I really appreciate Rajiv Khanna staff especially Mrs. Diane for her excellent job. I strongly
recommend any one to use Rajiv Khanna law office services.
My name is Rahul Patil. I am currently working at Restek Corporation in Bellefonte, PA as a Research Chemist. My company had hired your law firm to transfer my H1 visa from Penn State University to them. My H1 was transferred without any problems. I was very satisfied the service I received from the staff of your law firm. My company was also happy with the services and would hire your firm for any future immigration work.
I completed my Masters program in Forestry at Stephen F. Austin State University (Texas). I accepted a professional position at Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (Forestry). My wife and I had some concerns and wanted some stability as our daughter (first child) was born recently. We contacted Attorney Khanna and he immediately called home and advised me to convert to H1. My Supervisor and higher ups gave a very favorable reception. Attorney Khanna and his staff demonstrated high professionalism resulting in me getting my H1 status. We (myself, my wife Esther and Hannah - our little one) want to take this oppurtunity to convey our sincere gratitude for all the consideration and timely help. I express my best wishes to Attorney Khana and his team in their endeavor. D. Samuel
I recently got my I-485 approval. The whole process took 28 months. Mr Khanna and his staff in particular, Ms. Diane Lombardo and Ms. Suman Bhasin, have done such a marvelous job. I cannot describe my thanks in words. Mr. Khanna has a very well organized, knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient team. They know exactly what needs to be done and are always available to answer questions. I would definitely recommend Mr. Khanna to anyone who needs a legal help on immigration issues. Again, thanks Mr. Khanna, Ms. Batista, Ms. Suman Bhasin, and Ms. Diane Lombardo for your help.
My 140 got approved in 9 days ,great work from Rita and attorneys at Law offices of Rajiv .
The long wait still continues to file 485 .
I wish each and every one a very happy new year 2007 .
My previous employer didn't file for my wife H4 when they filed for my H1B, which made her out of status from Sep 2002. I got to know that Rajiv's office did help the clients with H4 issues. That is when I decided to try with them. We filed for my H1B (7th yr extension) and my wife H4 at the same time in Oct 05. We requested to give the status from Sep 02 - Jan 07. USCIS approved both H1B and H4. But they gave her status from Jan 06 - Jan 07, which means she was still out of status from Sep 02 - Jan 06. Then we decided to file for MTR and we filed MTR in Nov 05. USCIS responded to MTR in Sep 06 with RFE. We sent response to RFE and they gave status from Sep 02 - Jan 06, which means my wife got full status.
All this couldn't have happened with out strategic thought process Rajiv/Jitesh and their team has put together. We are extremely happy about how our case has been handled from day one we chose to hire Rajiv's law firm. My special thanks to Rajiv/Jitesh/Ursula/Anna and their team for answering all my questions at different stages of this. In future if I need any immigration help I would definitely go for Rajiv firm. If anybody has any help needed about immigration I would highly recommend Rajiv firm.
I want to thank you everyone with Rajiv Khanna. They are awesome people to work with. Timely response and great work.
My PERM application got certified in 3 days after application.
I specially want to thanks pramita and Anna for their kind support.

I got my 485 approved after filing WOM. Rajiv Khanna's office was very helpful, and their guidance in the whole case was always truthful and honest. Rajiv and Jitesh advised me in this case and filed WOM in DC Circuit Court. All filings related to this case were done on time, the arguments in the case were solid, and name check was cleared within a month of filing WOM.
We applied in late September; and my case for permanent resident status was approved last week. Mathew Chacko and Heather Crumb took care of all the paperwork and the process and were both extremely helpful, prompt and did a wonderful job. Couldnt have asked for a better service!
I have worked with numerous immigration lawyers in the past and no body (and I mean no body) gave the quick turn around time that I received from these guys. (Specifically Seema & Amrita). I was on my 7th year of H1-B so it was very important to get my application out on time. Seema and Amrita were very helpfull and their turn around time was amazing. They knew exactly what they needed to get done.
Whenever I had any query regarding my case, I was getting a lightening reply from Amrita. Thanks to the great work by Amrita. Amrita was always eager to help and is very pleasant Thanks a lot Amrita.
Thanks to Mr Khanna, Mathew & Kumuda for all the work on my case , it was handled very professionaly & and response time from them was very fast on every matter.
I got my 485 approved and our GC on the way. Rajiv Khanna's office was very helpful, and their guidance was always truthful and result oriented. Ours is a long story. My green card was filed under EB3 India with a PD of May 2006. My husband's green card was filed under EB3 India in 2005. When our dates became current sometime in 2007, my I-140 was already approved and his was pending. So, we decided to go ahead with my case and filed for I-485 for both of us. However, the dates then retrogressed and our lawyer informed us that my husband's case is no longer valid since his LC expired 3 months after it was approved. We didn't know that LC expires if not used within a specific time frame and the lawyer did not inform us either. Anyways, my husband's GC was again filed, this time through Rajiv's firm with proper guidance and through EB2. Rajiv also guided us to go through Consular Processing instead of I-485 since in our case, my husband could legally work using EAD via the I-485 applied through my case. In all these years, the company I work for has increased in size and wants to promote me. I consulted with Rajiv regarding this and inquired about possibility for porting from EB3 to EB2. Rajiv answered all our questions and guided us appropriately this time too. We are now waiting to hear about the Priority Dates for October 2012 bulletin and will make a decision about EB3 to EB2 porting. It feels so good to be able to talk to Rajiv regarding these questions related to immigration and his knowledge and experience in this field is very very valuable for people like us. Every time we have talked to him we have received excellent response and guidance. My husband and the company he works for had a very good experience with EB2 filing. Everything was very professional and was checked and rechecked before it was sent through. Thanks to Rajiv for all his help with our case so far!
Mr. Khanna and his collegues ensured a smooth process for my Greencard application. Thanks for all the help.
