Thanks to Rajiv and his team. My LC was filed in Nov' 99 and got approved on Nov'12th 2000. Applying for I-140. This team is very prompt, patient, energetic and knowledgeable. The team reply to every question very carefully. Rajiv even replied to some personal immigration questions when I need to change my wife's H4 status to F1 (we went to Mexico for this). Thanks to Rajiv for all his answers and suggestions. GC is a major milestone in our life, for those who want to make a career in U.S. We need patience and above all must follow the attorney's suggestions for successfully getting the GC.
Green card experience : I would like to thank Mr Rajiv Khanna, Fidelina and their staff for all the help they provided through my Green card process. I am glad I selected them as my lawyers and would recommend others too if they want a hasle free green card processing. My Labour was done in Feb 98 and it came in under 6 months. We tried for EB2 I140 but since I did not have masters, we got an RFE. We selected EB3 as an option then but due to some confusion at the VSC side, my I140 was denied, they thought we are asking for EB2 again. My date had luckily become current at that time. Due to the quick response from Fedilina, my 140 was approved in about a week or so. That was something really extraordinary and I am glad Fidelina was handling my case. We are able to file 485 at that time, Aug 99. Got the EAD in about 3 months. But unfortunately, the dates went back. At that time, my wife’s 140 got approved in EB2 and through another lawyer. Her date was current. We were in a dilemma whether to file another 485 while earlier 485 was still pending, do CP or just wait. We finally decided to go for CP. We had our interview on 25 October at Delhi and had to wait for 2 weeks at delhi because of Name check problem. Fidelina had been nice to answer my queries every now and then through the whole process. The CP process was very smooth without any problems. If anybody has any specific question, please write to me at KHERAA@YAHOO.COM and I will be really glad to answer.
Rajiv's staff is well informed, prompt and very friendly. I had no problem during all the phases of processing. I received prompt response to my emails and Rajiv or his staff members were easily available to answer any questions. Further he has a real good system to organize and store documents; because of which I never had to refer to any of my old documents over the course of my 3.5 years of Green card processing. Further his consultation fees are reasonable. I would recommend his services.
I started my relationship with Rajiv and team from 2000. They were with me all the time from 2000 to 2006 for whole journey of 6 years in my green card processing.
Half way through my company changed its name forced to start all over again and then went with the many hick ups due to my employer ( a start up company) going up and down. Rajiv team was with me to help me to resolve the issues. Finally my green card is approved after 4 EAD extensions. Thanks for the advice and constant help from Rajiv's team. I could have lost this battle long back with out your help. Once again Thanks for making it happen
PERM filed Nov. 20, 06 Approval notification on Nov. 27, 06 in just 7 days. Excellent teamwork and attention to detail by Amrita and Seema at Rajiv Khanna's office. Highly commendable.
Labor filed Nov 10 2006, Approval received Nov 16 2006.Amrita and Seema did a fantastic job. Of course Mr Khanna, the architect, once again proved his work.Keep up the good work.
I am doing my GC through your offices. In fact most of our employees from my company are doing their GC through your company. I was the first one and have referred quite a bit of my colleagues because they are well organized and well responsive the 2 main things that we can control, rest are controlled by USCIS. Good team of people and Vijay Durgam has helped me through this tough process and has been a great case manager for me. So did Anna Baker who has helped me with H1B related things though my H1B is not processed through Rajiv's office, they have always helped me. Great show team. Thanks to Rajiv and Team.

Few years back I entrusted my GC processing with Mr. Rajiv Khanna. The professionalism and prompt support extended by the entire team was so very impressive. This firm takes client service to the next level. Rajiv's firm worked with me the first time for an H1B 3 years back. I had a great experience that time.
They have done it again this time for my Labor cert. Amrita and Seema worked on PERM with me and Amrita called me on a SATURDAY to inform me of the approval. Only 2 days after the filing! They pay attention to every detail and know their stuff.
Thank you Amrita, Seema and everyone at Mr. Khanna's office.
Seema and Amrita were extremely helpful in my process and they did everything on time. Good job!
Thanks and Regards.
My I-485 petition was filed just couple of weeks ago. I just wanted to appreciate the work Tarun Sharma did for my petition and the prompt responses.
Regards,
Kale.
Just came to know from the USCIS website that our I485 petitions have been approved and cards have been ordered. I want to thank each and every member of your firm who were with me through this long road that took 4 years and 7 months to travel . My sincere thanks to Richa Narang, Helen Anchillo, Kumuda Prasad, Attorney Jitesh Mallik and Attorney Mathew Chacko for handling various stages of our application process in the most efficient and professional ways possible. We call ourselves permanent residents today only because of the help and guidance that you provided and we sincerely appreciate your services. Specifically I would like to mention the promptness and efficiency that was shown by the team in responding to the I-140 RFE. During this past 5 years, there was never an email or a phone call that went unanswered from your office. That really shows how professional you are as a team.
My sincere thanks to you Mr. Khanna, for all the help and guidance that you
gave us through out the application process. You were always ready to answer all my questions (whether GC related or not) and I really appreciate all the help that you provided.

I am a child of a permanent resident and I got a I-130 approved 2003 but I was under the age and still single never been married when that was approved. Right now I posses an Employment Authorization that I have been re-applying for since 2000. Can I apply for a permanent resident?
I am assuming your priority date is not current. If that is so, you cannot get your green card until all preconditions, including the priority date being current, are met.
I have a P1 visa. Is there anyway to change this to a green card?
You may be able to apply for a green card if you meet the requirements of EB-1, aliens with extraordinary ability or based upon a job offer, and of course, if a family-based possibility exists
There is a limiation of 100 H-1B2 visas, how do you know if there are any available? I have tried to contact USCIS and NVC but no help.
I am not sure of a separate quota, but remember there is also no bar to also applying for an H-1B as a specialty occupation worker. That quota is still open.
I have my H1B through a consultant company in USA. I never traveled on this visa and never worked for this consultant company. Now I have a direct job offer from another employer. My new employer wants me to work for them directly instead of going through my current visa sponsor. Can I transfer my visa to my new employer and enter US on this new visa? What is required for this? And how much time shall it take?
Sure. Have the new employer apply for H-1 for you. Apply for premium processing.

Background
I got my parents Visitor Visa stamped when I worked for Company A . But now I work for company B and I am planning to get them to US now. Do they need to go for stamping again?
I see no need for a new visa.
I'm a U.S. citizen working overseas with the U.N. Can my wife (GC holder) use the N-470 to preserve her residency while staying overseas with me?
Yes, she can, as long as she meets the other requirements of N-470.
I am a US citizen can I apply for green card for her while she is in US and can she stay here while the application is in process?
The answer to both your questions is - yes. But you MUST speak with a lawyer to understand all the nuances of her case.
As an australian actor/singer and teacher...would an E3 work for me and could an agency act as an employer in that case?
E-3 visas are available only for those jobs that demonstrably require a bachelor's degree in the field of work you will be performing. We recently provided assistance in an E-3 visa for a Shakespearean actor and teacher who was coming to teach acting classes in USA. He would probably not have qualified as an artist under E-3 visa, because to be an actor, a bachelor's degree in performing arts is usually not required. But as a teacher, a bachelor's degree was indeed required.
The services provided by Mr. Rajiv & Ms. Suman were outstanding and the timely help during emergencies were really professional and courteous.
