I would rate my experience with this office as above average. Without a doubt, Rajeev has an excellent command over immigration law and is a very approachable person. He answers all queries very precisely and within 24 hours. He gives an exact analysis of the available options. My case was handled by Diane. Again, an extremely efficient person. She would answer my questions right away and many times on weekends. Room for improvement: Clients should be able to get within 24h phone appointments with Rajeev. Once I called law office on a Friday afternoon to speak with Rajeev, and the operator offered me next wednesday afternoon as the nearest possible appointment. However, this happened only once and all of the other times, I was given an appointment within a day or two. I must also add that not all of the staff was as efficient and professional as Rajiv or Diane. Accounts people did some miscalculation on my account and it took me numerous emails to get that fixed. These issues, though minor, should be handled promptly and responsibly.

My GC process was started towards the end of 1999. After the Labor Cert. was approved, my I-140 was filed for. At this stage there was an RFE on my I-140. The case was complicated and at that point of time it seemed that there were very few chances of winning it. However, Mr. Rajiv Khanna presented the case with all the additional documents and evidences that were requested by INS, in a very systematic, efficient and intelligent manner. He was very persistent and determined to have the case resolved favorably. My I-140 was finally approved last week. Hi ALL It took me sometime to write this comment, because it was hard to find the words to express my admiration and satisfaction with this winning Law office, especially my Case Team (Amrita and Seema). I come from a background that I had few failures with other offices; Needless to say, I lost both Money and Time. When I moved my case to this office, I thought it was a little more Money than I paid before. Also, the process seemed a little slow, because my Case Managers was very careful and cautious about every detail. They always said, we look at the long term implications, not to have you pass the PERM and fail in the next steps. Frankly, I felt bad sometimes because of the time spent to get everything perfect. Here come the surprise, when they finally submitted my case, I got approved within 72 Hours. it was obviously shocking unbelievable surprise. This result made appreciate they way the case was prepared and the time spent. That being said, this office worth every penny paid and more. First of all I  wanted to thank you Mathew & Rajiv Khanna for their superb service during my Green Card Process. Below is the my story: I applied for Green Card at 2003 under EB3 category and my priority date was Dec 2003 via Company X when I was working for Company Y. After years of waiting I decided to ask for the possibility of applying via EB2 category for Company Y. Rajiv & Mathew has studied my case throughly and decided to go ahead with Eb2 process. Perm Labour took 2 months, I-140 took 15 days (premium processing), I-485 porting took 4 months. Totally it took almost 14months to get my Green Card under EB2.

Our GC process fell apart when the company was closed which put us out of status since my huband and i were on EAD and Rajiv and his team helped us in get our H1-B and H-4 visas. We had made some mistakes in the filing of my H1-B and so was denied and was at a risk of having to go back to India since i was out of status but it was a diffcult option since i was pregnant so with the help of Rajiv's team i was able to get my H4 with an i94 and did not have to travel back to India. I thank Anna, Judi, Jagbir and everyone else who worked on our case.

I contacted immigration.com., and got an email back the next day, and phone consult set up with Rajiv Khanna two days later.  He was extremely helpful, explaining to me the weaknesses and opportunities of my case, and actually gave me some reference point to talk to my employer.  I am grateful to Rajiv and his staff for their assistance, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for quality legal opinion on their immigration cases.
