I would rate my experience with this office as above average. Without a doubt, Rajeev has an excellent command over immigration law and is a very approachable person. He answers all queries very precisely and within 24 hours. He gives an exact analysis of the available options. My case was handled by Diane. Again, an extremely efficient person. She would answer my questions right away and many times on weekends. Room for improvement: Clients should be able to get within 24h phone appointments with Rajeev. Once I called law office on a Friday afternoon to speak with Rajeev, and the operator offered me next wednesday afternoon as the nearest possible appointment. However, this happened only once and all of the other times, I was given an appointment within a day or two. I must also add that not all of the staff was as efficient and professional as Rajiv or Diane. Accounts people did some miscalculation on my account and it took me numerous emails to get that fixed. These issues, though minor, should be handled promptly and responsibly.
It gives me greatest pleasure to record my heart-felt gratitude to Attorney Rajiv Khanna and his Team of dedicated collagues.... Ms. Diane Lombardo and others, who processed my case with utter sincerity in the vein of personalized attention and pristine friendship and guided me at every step with precision and exactitude. For fear of sounding loud, I do not wish to say any more than .... 'I was lucky to have found Rajiv .. he has proved to be an earnest friend, a delightful person, a thorough professional and above all a very decent gentleman' I have no hesitation in recommeding Attorney Rajiv Khanna to anybody who wishes to try processing his immigration case to the US. I can assure him that he will be in right hands. Dr. V.K. Raina
My GC process was started towards the end of 1999. After the Labor Cert. was approved, my I-140 was filed for. At this stage there was an RFE on my I-140. The case was complicated and at that point of time it seemed that there were very few chances of winning it. However, Mr. Rajiv Khanna presented the case with all the additional documents and evidences that were requested by INS, in a very systematic, efficient and intelligent manner. He was very persistent and determined to have the case resolved favorably. My I-140 was finally approved last week. During this difficult process, it was evident that Rajiv, Suman and the entire team were very dedicated towards their profession. They certainly are outstanding. They were always very courteous and prompt in answering all my questions and giving in apt advice pertaining to the case. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rajiv Khanna's Law Offices for any immigration-related issues. Pavan

Beginning December 12, the free citizenship preparation and study materials in USCIS’ Citizenship Resource Center will be easier to use from a smartphone, tablet or other mobile device. Among the improvements, the new design puts key navigational links inside a single “hamburger” icon like that found on many other mobile sites. This redesign follows the launch of mobile friendly design on other parts of uscis.gov and uscis.gov/es earlier this year.
To allow immediate relatives of U.S. citizens and certain “stateless” individuals to maintain legal status in the CNMI, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has extended the parole program for these relatives, effective immediately, until December 31, 2018.

My I 140 is approved in 2013 and H1-B 5 year and 3 months are completed.
I have important question , after 17 Jan 2016 , my any chance I loose my job and my employer revoke my H1-B and I 140.
1. Will I get some time to find new job and new employee to transfer my H1-B ?
2. after my employer revoke my H1-B what is time line I can still transfer my H1-B visa with new employer?
Government will sympathetically consider unexpected layoffs and should give you consideration up to 60 days each H-1 period. So one 60 day period let say you have taken and then changed your employer another 60 day period kind of like that and there is little more to it but each time there is new validity to H-1 . You will be able to get 60 more days.

Immigration.com has provided fabulous service for the multiple cases that I referred to them for my firm. Their clarity in approach and domain expertise makes these elaborate process seem very simple. Staff employees are courteous and sensitive to your needs. The best part is personal attention from Mr. Rajiv Khanna to every case that I dealt with him on. Nothing but FABULOUS is my experience. All the best to Immigrations.com and the firm. Abhishek
I would like to thank Mr. Rajiv and team for the excellent service they have been providing me for my GC processing.Ours is not a straight case. Rajiv's timely legal advice, ability to analyze the situation was very helpful when we encountered numerous twists in our GC case. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is publishing a proposed rule that could save U.S. businesses more than $23 million over the next 10 years by establishing an advance registration process for U.S. employers seeking to file H-1B petitions for foreign workers in specialty occupations. The proposed electronic system would minimize administrative burdens and expenses related to the H-1B petition process—including reducing the need for employers to submit petitions for which visas would not be available under the statutory visa cap.
During my immigration processing, I have dealt with many immigration lawyers with rather disappointing results. The Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna stand out in many ways for their professionalism, quality of customer service, promptness of business, profound legal knowledge and expertise, and above all, professional ethics. My case was complicated - I had an I 751 petition denied for lack of supporting evidence and did not have my US Citizen husband's support. So I wanted to get an H1 visa to be able to stay in the country. Mr. Khanna and his team members really helped me with my case by giving me a very sound advise. I found several differential advantages of Mr. Khanna and his team members: They were able to grasp and line up all the facts of my case with no confusion or room for interpretation. The did legal research for my case before giving me legal advise and BEFORE deciding whether to take my case or not. So they do not waste their clients' money. The work that they performed on my case was done very promptly without leaving me up in the air waiting for the results. The work that they did for me left me confident that I got the best legal help available on my case, which is very important as dealing with USCIS and Immigration lawyers can be very frustrating. Overall, Mr. Khanna and his team members saved me time, money, frustration, trouble, stress, and made working with them an enjoyable experience.
Mr. Khanna proved to be the best lawyer I had to deal with. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna to everyone without any doubts. I hope I will not sound too strong if I say - if there's anything that can be done on complicated immigration cases, Mr. Khanna and his team will do the best job for the best value with professionalism, honesty, ethics, and integrity that makes them markedly stand out amongst the immigration lawyers. If I ever need any legal help for my immigration, I will not go to any other place.

After our lawyer messed up a H1 visa transfer for our employee, RSK Law Offices with it's unbeatable track record was our natural choice. Very talented and professional set of immigration experts, they knew exactly what to do when and worked with amazing speed. Surprisingly the fees are very competetive. We saved both time & money not to mention the peace of mind we got.
