Mr. Khanna's office has helped me through a difficult H1 transfer few years back and then helped me in filing and successfully getting my Green Card approved. Before working with Mr. Khanna's office I had worked with several immigration attorneys and was bitterly disappointed or scammed by all of them. It is extremely hard to find a competent and compassionate immigration attorney to navigate through the dizzing immigration laws. I highly recommend Mr. Khanna's office and his entire staff. They all have your best interest in mind. I am saying this after interacting with many of them over the years.
Has USCIS provided an update on premium processing for EB-1-3 multinational managers and executives. At the AILA conference in Nashville, it was reported that it would be available by the end of the fiscal year.
USCIS does not anticipate expanding Premium Processing Service to include EB-1-3 multinational executives and managers for the foreseeable future.
Thank you all and Mr Khanna for the help that you offered through the Review service. I truly apreciate your time, inputs and interest in answering most of the questions. Regards SP
My GC process was started towards the end of 1999. After the Labor Cert. was approved, my I-140 was filed for. At this stage there was an RFE on my I-140. The case was complicated and at that point of time it seemed that there were very few chances of winning it. However, Mr. Rajiv Khanna presented the case with all the additional documents and evidences that were requested by INS, in a very systematic, efficient and intelligent manner. He was very persistent and determined to have the case resolved favorably. My I-140 was finally approved last week. During this difficult process, it was evident that Rajiv, Suman and the entire team were very dedicated towards their profession. They certainly are outstanding. They were always very courteous and prompt in answering all my questions and giving in apt advice pertaining to the case. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rajiv Khanna's Law Offices for any immigration-related issues. Pavan
