Got my I-485 approval on March/26/2001, less than 2 yrs from when the labor certification application was sent in. I would highly recommend Rajiv Khanna to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer. He is very selective to take the case and doesn't accept it so long he is not fully convinced about the merit of the case. Thanks for your service. Myself and my spouse I-485 approved after nearly 4 years. I really appreciate Rajiv, Mathew and Jitesh for your help during I-140 denial, prompt returning telephone calls and emails. Never had problem to contact Rajiv to clear doubts about I-140 denial. I've been working with Rajeev Khanna and his team who have helped me tremendously in applying for PERM and since my PERM was certified just three days before the 30th September 2005 deadline for I-140/I-485, Rajeev's team (especially Vijay Durgam, Prerna Mehta and Pramita) did an amazing job of compiling all the documents and getting everything ready and getting my I-40/I-485 packet to the processing center within 2 days (few hours before the deadline expired).
