Got my I-485 approval on March/26/2001, less than 2 yrs from when the labor certification application was sent in. I would highly recommend Rajiv Khanna to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer. Rajiv and his associates processed my Green Card application under NIW category. I got my GC very smoothly. Excellent Service. He is very selective to take the case and doesn't accept it so long he is not fully convinced about the merit of the case. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team including Ms Baker, Mr Khanna amd Ms Waddell for their excellent and prompt efforts in helping me transfer out of a J1 waiver job. I got my I-140 approval in 1 day and I-485 approval in 6 months with no RFE's.

I have done my H1B and PERM processing through Law Offices of Rajiv S Khanna. I got both of them approved. Their service is just great! and I am not into IT..Their whole process is very meticulous and thorough. They work with you diligently through the entire process. Rest assured everything that needs to be and can be done right is done right! I recently changed jobs and unfortunately, I had to go with my new employer's attorney and they have not paid attention to basics and filied recklessly and now I have an enquiry. I wish I had gone with Rajiv..
