Hello everyone, I am glad that Rajeev and his colleagues (Charu + Rena) are our Immigration attorneys. Why?? Rajiv and his associates processed my Green Card application under NIW category. I got my GC very smoothly. Excellent Service. He is very selective to take the case and doesn't accept it so long he is not fully convinced about the merit of the case. Moreover, he favored me by providing some legal information not related to immigration law. I am very satisfied.

A proposal that will hit Indian IT companies the most, US software giant Microsoft Corporation has suggested a whopping fee of USD 10,000 (over Rs 5 lakh) for a new category of H-1B visas and USD 15,000 (more than Rs 7.5 lakh) for permanent residency or Green card.

Hence having the immigration reform pass would not help in the sense of just stemming or shortening up the borders. I have a approved I-140 with on H-1B for more than six years working for company A. If I change to company B I will get 3 years of extension for new employer B. If I leave employer B before my PERM or I-140 is approved with employer B and join employer C. How many years of H-1 extension I will get ? Can I get 3 years of H-1 extension using approved I-140 with employer A.

Got my I-485 approval on March/26/2001, less than 2 yrs from when the labor certification application was sent in. I would highly recommend Rajiv Khanna to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer.
