I am glad that I have Mr.Khanna as my immigration attorney.I got my greencard within 2 year 2 months. Mr.Khanna is one of the busiest attornies. But I could reach him whenever I needed. The staff is really good and responsive. I could sleep peacefully even though I faced several issues throughout the process because of Mr.Khanna. Mr. Khanna gave good advice all the times. In fact, he suggested me even consular processing which could have shortened the whole processing time. But I couldn't do it for my own personal reasons. I came to the USA from New Delhi, India with a Master's in Microbiology in 1992 - to pursue a Ph.D. in Biochemistry / Molecular biology specializing in protein engineering. In 2000, started a post doc- 7 months at Brigham and Women's hospital - did not get along with the indian jerk of a boss so changed to the main Harvard medical School quad under a fantastic caucasian post doc mentor and a very good friend, a very liberal democrat (Go John Kerry).

Temporary Protected Status Re-registration Period Extended for Haitian Nationals
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is extending the re-registration deadline from May 2, 2014 to July 22, 2014 for Haitian nationals who have already been granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and seek to maintain that status for an additional 18 months.
USCIS strongly encourages Haitian TPS beneficiaries to apply as soon as possible.

I am currently on second year of my H-1B. My PERM is approved with a priority date of March 2013; I-140 is filed and pending approval. I am hoping this would be approved in July 2014. My question is I am planning to switch employer. Can I carry over my priority date with new employer? If so, are there any conditions like minimum period to wait after I-140 is approved to carry over the Priority dates to new employer?
