I would like to thank Rajiv, Leila, Diane, Suman, Lakshmi, Fidelina and Shivane for the Green Card approval that I got in a record time of just 2 years. I am glad that I have Mr.Khanna as my immigration attorney.I got my greencard within 2 year 2 months. Mr.Khanna is one of the busiest attornies. But I could reach him whenever I needed. The staff is really good and responsive. I could sleep peacefully even though I faced several issues throughout the process because of Mr.Khanna. Mr. Khanna gave good advice all the times. In fact, he suggested me even consular processing which could have shortened the whole processing time. But I couldn't do it for my own personal reasons. I would like to thank profusely Mr.Khanna and his staff for their excellent work. I would like to mention my thanks to Diana Lombardo,Leila, Suman, Fidelina and Shivane for thier help at each step.Good work Diane, thanks for your smart work.Always she was ahead with the whole paper work even before the receipt of the approval notice from INS. I'm working in an organization since December 2009. When my green card was filed in January 2016 my job title was "Senior Engineer", and the roles and responsibilities included following -
<br>
· Generally someone with industry knowledge and/or software knowledge
<br>
· SME in multiple areas
· Able to assist in even more areas
· Able to work without management intervention
<br>
My I-140 is approved, and Priority Date is January 2016. I'm due for promotion to the job title "Consultant", and the roles and responsibilities would be following -
<br>
· SME in a lot of areas
· Able to work in any area
· Able to talk accurately about the whole product whenever and wherever regardless of audience
· “Manager” on the floor, a mentor to “all” that need help, trusted adviser
· The one that the Engineer level people go to and want to be
<br>
My Manager and HR mentioned that they will have to file amendment for change in roles and responsibilities that matches with new title. They are concerned about filing amendment, and they mentioned that they are seeing less than 50/50 success rate and there is high risk involved in changing title as my green card might get declined.
<br>
I'm very surprised that changing only couple of responsibilities can jeopardize my green card processing, and I'm also finding it unbelievable that I can't get any promotion within same organization till my GC is approved, which could be another 10-15 years.
<br>
I thought since green card is filed for the future position, so there should not be much risk involved in filing amendment. I've seen many of my friends and family getting promotions within same organization after their green card process started. Since I'll be working in same organization and same team, and there is no drastic change in roles and responsibilities, so do we still have to file amendment? Can the amendment be filed later with I-485, or is it better to go back to old job without filing amendment?

Mr. Khanna and his staff are very meticulous in preparing the case and the paperwork, and take the time to do it right. It paid off for my labour certification; I got my approval January 25, 2006.
I've been working with Rajeev Khanna and his team who have helped me tremendously in applying for PERM and since my PERM was certified just three days before the 30th September 2005 deadline for I-140/I-485, Rajeev's team (especially Vijay Durgam, Prerna Mehta and Pramita) did an amazing job of compiling all the documents and getting everything ready and getting my I-40/I-485 packet to the processing center within 2 days (few hours before the deadline expired).
I am now waiting for my I-140/I-485 processing but would like to thank Rajeev Khanna and his team profusely for all the hard work they did on behalf of me and my company.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
I am processing my GC in PERM Process through Rajiv S Khanna Law Firm. My case manager is Vijay Durgam. They are very clear on the proces and insists and guide from the beginning for clear documents.
I am really satisfied with their work. I got my PERM LC approval within 2 weeks.
I am processing my GC thru Rajiv S. Khanna's law firm.
Rajiv is an expert on Immigration Laws and insists on perfect paperwork. I have never seen him making false promises or being unnecessarily defensive on the other hand.
His efforts in immigration matters are simply exemplary.
I received my PERM approval in 2 days.
Vijay Durgam was my case manager and he has been very co-operative, professional
and prompt throughout the case. I can certainly say he was right on money every time.
Many special thanks to him, Suman and other staff members.
I am very satisfied with the services rendered by Mr Khanna and his colleagues. They have been professional and quick to reply to most of my emails and calls. I was not very involved with my Green Card process as my work is quite hectic so it was specially good to have people who are abreast of rules and regulations. They had the foresight to indicate CP on my I-140 application which saved me at least few months. I strongly recommend Mr Khanna to anyone who wants to get their GC process done in a smooth, streamlined manner.
