I would like to thank Rajiv, Leila, Diane, Suman, Lakshmi, Fidelina and Shivane for the Green Card approval that I got in a record time of just 2 years. I am really glad that I choose this Law firm becuase they were prompt at every stage of my green card process. Inspite of their busy schedule, I always got prompt replies to all my queries. I was at peace during my GC processing since I was always sure that I am in good hands. Keep up the good job, and once again, thank you very much.
My LC was filed on 26th of dec 2000 and was cleared on March 15th 2001. I am very happy the way SUMAN, POOJA co-ordinated with me. I am right now being assisted for filing i-140 by Pooja, Shivane
I am glad that I have Mr.Khanna as my immigration attorney.I got my greencard within 2 year 2 months. Mr.Khanna is one of the busiest attornies. But I could reach him whenever I needed. The staff is really good and responsive. I could sleep peacefully even though I faced several issues throughout the process because of Mr.Khanna. Mr. Khanna gave good advice all the times. In fact, he suggested me even consular processing which could have shortened the whole processing time. But I couldn't do it for my own personal reasons. I would like to thank profusely Mr.Khanna and his staff for their excellent work. I would like to mention my thanks to Diana Lombardo,Leila, Suman, Fidelina and Shivane for thier help at each step.Good work Diane, thanks for your smart work.Always she was ahead with the whole paper work even before the receipt of the approval notice from INS. My GC was approved in less than two years through The Law Office of Rajiv S. Khanna. I got very quick response from the firm for any kind of questions related to my case. I highly recommend them.
My problems were solved through your office. Thank you very much.
Thanks Sushila. You did a wonderful job in filing the labor.
I received my GC within 3 years in EB3. All credit goes to Rajiv and his wonderful team.
This was my second attempt to file GC. (My first attempt got screwed up because of lawyer.) Second time I've insisted to go with Rajiv Khanna. My experience was wonderful. Rajiv, Suman, Mathew, Richa....they all did a great job. They are always responsive and available. I feel like I was dealing with friends.
I highly recommend Rajiv Khanna's firm.
Excellent service by Rajiv and his team:
My husband and I got our GC approved recently. It took us almost 5 years to complete our GC process from start to end. Rajiv and his entire team have been very responsive in answering any of my questions through out the process. Special thanks to Rajiv and Mathew for answering all my questions in the last 5 years. I would definitely recommend their services to any one that is looking for an Immigration lawyer.
Keep the good work going.
Thank you.
Thanks for your service. Myself and my spouse I-485 approved after nearly 4 years. I really appreciate Rajiv, Mathew and Jitesh for your help during I-140 denial, prompt returning telephone calls and emails. Never had problem to contact Rajiv to clear doubts about I-140 denial. Thanks again to Jitesh and Mathew to set up conference call with Rajiv to answer my questions.
I have contacted you in the month of June, 05 regarding my F1-H1 Issue. My H1-B visa was approved by the American Consulate in Mumbai with out any problems and I am in the US right now. I would like to genuinely thank you for all your help and advise and I am glad that I took your services as I tried a number of lawyers before you and everyone gave me conflicting advises. I am writing to you my whole experience in detail so that you can put this in forum as other people may get help from this.
At last it is over - the wait and agony of many years!

When should my H-1B petition for an extension be filed?
An H-1B petition for extension may be submitted to USCIS no more than 6 months prior to the expiration of the current H-1B status.
I do not have an I-94 from my last entry to the US in June, but I need it for my H-1B renewal. What should I do?
Please refer to the following link for information on printing your I-94: http://www.immigration.com/news/general-nonimmigrant-visa/i-94-web-appl…

1. Our employees are deployed at government sites. Are we still obliged to pay the H-1 wage?
2. Can we ask such employees to use their paid leave?
A1. Yes. In my view, that obligation continues unabated.

A registered nurse who is coming to the United States to perform labor in covered health care occupations (other than as a physician) and wishes to apply for Immigrant Visa(Permanent Resident Status) is required to have the following:
I am very satisfied with the services rendered by Mr Khanna and his colleagues. They have been professional and quick to reply to most of my emails and calls. I was not very involved with my Green Card process as my work is quite hectic so it was specially good to have people who are abreast of rules and regulations. They had the foresight to indicate CP on my I-140 application which saved me at least few months. I strongly recommend Mr Khanna to anyone who wants to get their GC process done in a smooth, streamlined manner.
