I would like to thank Rajiv, Leila, Diane, Suman, Lakshmi, Fidelina and Shivane for the Green Card approval that I got in a record time of just 2 years. I am really glad that I choose this Law firm becuase they were prompt at every stage of my green card process. Inspite of their busy schedule, I always got prompt replies to all my queries. I am glad that I have Mr.Khanna as my immigration attorney.I got my greencard within 2 year 2 months. Mr.Khanna is one of the busiest attornies. But I could reach him whenever I needed. The staff is really good and responsive. I could sleep peacefully even though I faced several issues throughout the process because of Mr.Khanna. Mr. Khanna gave good advice all the times. In fact, he suggested me even consular processing which could have shortened the whole processing time. But I couldn't do it for my own personal reasons. I would like to thank profusely Mr.Khanna and his staff for their excellent work. I would like to mention my thanks to Diana Lombardo,Leila, Suman, Fidelina and Shivane for thier help at each step.Good work Diane, thanks for your smart work.Always she was ahead with the whole paper work even before the receipt of the approval notice from INS. I appreciate all the insight and the help from Mr. Khanna's office in regards to applying and getting my case approved with in one year. Would specially like to thank Mathew, Bharathi, and Rita to answer my queries.
My wife and I received our ‘welcome notices’ within 1.5 years of the whole process with Rajiv S. Khanna as our attorney. To give you a brief background about our GC journey, my EB1 (OR) was first approved last year. During that process, I received an RFE and Mr. Khanna and his team were very skillful in handling that RFE and got my I140 approved. Later, it was a pain staking journey concerning the I485 and finally I received the email from USCIS indicating that the ‘Welcome Notice’ was mailed and my card production was ordered. During the whole process, Mr. Khanna and Diane Lombardo were very professional and provided me with relevant information concerning all immigration related legal issues, so that I clear the process without any hassle. I strongly feel that Mr. Khanna knows his field and I would recommend his firm to anybody. We are really glad that we chose this Law firm. It’s worth every penny. We are greatly pleased with Mr. Khanna and his staff as far as their professionalism, courtesy and promptness regarding my GC processing.
Happy to see our 485 approved.
Really appreciate the help, guidance provided by all the staff from Law Office of Khanna's in the process.
My wife and me got my green card after 5 years. We are greatly pleased with Rajiv and his staff as far as their professionalism, courtesy and promptness regarding my GC. Some of my friends and employees of our company went through Rajiv and all of them are also happy like me. We are thankful to Rajiv and his staff.
I reserve only the highest praise for Rajiv Khanna and Heather Crump who helped us throughout the immigration process. It is rare to find legal services provided in as friendly and supportive a manner as rendered by Rajiv and Heather. Both Rajiv and Heather gave generously of their time and expertise and answered all our questions promptly, clearly, and completely.
Rajiv's approach is warm and personal, not cold and clinical, and he constantly provided the sort of big-brotherly, yet highly professional, support that put us at ease through every step of our immigration. With Rajiv on our side, we were quite confident of having our family-based green card application approved, even though ours was a somewhat unconventional case.
We were equally lucky to be assigned to Heather whose positive attitude, kind words, and personable nature brightened up many of our days.
Judging from the high quality of legal services we received, it is not surprising that the "Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna" are spoken of so highly.
I strongly recommend the "Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna" to my friends and family for expert legal help! You will be in good hands!
We received our green cards yesterday and would like to thank the team at Rajiv Khanna's Law firm. Prerna and Richa were awesome and answered every query quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this firm and both Prerna and Richa. Thanks again!
I am on H1-B with approved I140. My I94 expired on 10th October and my H1 extension was filed in time. After 7 months of processing time I got RFE even though my employer has filed two service requests requesting to expedite the process. Regardless now that I have got the RFE there is a very high probability that I wont get a response before 240 days which is on 6th June. As far as my understanding goes I am allowed to stay even after 240 days of H1 extension waiting for the decision but not authorized to work. Is that understanding right?

What happens if somebody on H1B loses job while in AOS ( interview done)? Can he/she be without job for an extended period of time? Does the status change to AOS automatically? Have you seen a rejection in I-485J that’s filed after change of employment under a SOC code that’s not same as earlier SOC code but Job Description is similar? What happens if I-485J is denied? Does USCIS allow a new I-485J to be filed?

I have a question regarding the impact of the recent Executive Order on my parents' greencard application, which is currently underway. I’m a US citizen (India-born, recvd greencard via EB category) and have sponsored the greencard application for my parents, who live in India, via consular processing. I-130 is approved, and we filed DS-260 and Form I-864 on 4/22 before EO was announced. Does the EO impact their case, or given it’s already in-progress (past I-130 approval), will it continue unaffected?

I am very satisfied with the services rendered by Mr Khanna and his colleagues. They have been professional and quick to reply to most of my emails and calls. I was not very involved with my Green Card process as my work is quite hectic so it was specially good to have people who are abreast of rules and regulations. They had the foresight to indicate CP on my I-140 application which saved me at least few months. I strongly recommend Mr Khanna to anyone who wants to get their GC process done in a smooth, streamlined manner.
