I got my GC approved on 2/4/05 approximately with overall 3 years time from LC application. My sincere thanks and appreciation goes to Prerna, Liela, Suman, Vijay and all others worked on my case. Rajiv's law office is professional, yet with personal touch. I got all my questions answered in all stages promptly with detailed recommendations.
I am thankful to Shri Rajiv Khanna and his team for great services and guidance throughout the process. My employment based green card is approved. All my family members too are approved. My special thanks to Ms.Prerna Mehta for her wonderful service.
But for Rajiv's team's friendly, professional, prompt, educative relationship I guess the long journey of 3+ years would not have been so pleasant.
Once again I would like to thank all the team members of this great office. I sincerely recommend this office for all immigration related services.

WASHINGTON—Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson will extend Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for eligible nationals of Haiti for an additional 18 months, effective July 23, 2014 through Jan. 22, 2016.
Current Haitian beneficiaries seeking to extend their TPS status must re-register during a 60-day period that runs from March 3, 2014, through May 2, 2014. I have 14 years of overall IT experience and performing Manager, Service delivery role for past 3 years. Planning to enter USA in L-1A visa. I have a team of 30 resources, working in Chennai, Shanghai and San Jose. They all report to me.
My Questions:
1. How long I need to wait to initiate the GC process?
2. Do I have a choice of selecting the type - EB-1 vs EB-2?
3. I don't have bachelors or masters degree. Will that be a barrier for applying GC?
4. Should I apply ONLY through my employer or can I apply myself
1. You can apply for green card without any wait.
2.

I have read somewhere from another person's experience that if you want a faster Judicial Oath Ceremony, you should take matters into your own hands. What this person did was to call up most of the Judges (District Court?), who can perform such matter, & to ask/request if s/he could perform the service for her. That was how she got hers done quicker than waiting for the normal time frame it takes this type of ceremony to be scheduled. Depending on your DO, it could be a very long time (5-13 months).
