We won this case based on the applicant's critical role in a key U.S. Air Force project. His level of expertise in this specialized field was highly sought after and necessary to achieve the military's objectives. We provided letters from experts in the Air Force stressing their need to keep the applicant on the project or else it would fail.
Mr. Rajiv Khanna helped us alot with our company's green cards and H-1B extensions. It was great working with Anna & Rena in the H-1B department and also in the green card department Seema, Richa, Prerna & Matthew helped us with PERM and I-140. Last but not least I would like to thank Leslie for scheduling the calls.

I have B.Sc. from Israel(06/2002) At 10/2002 I started M.Sc. At the same time I was working as QA eng.(1.5 years) and was checking exercises and exams in university.
I stopped my M.Sc. in the middle and joined the company I am working for till now. After 3 years I was relocated to US. Currently I am 4 years in relocation and decided to apply for green card. The law firm, my company works with, decided that I should be on EB3 path.
What are my chances to get the EB2 with B.Sc.(Israel)+1.5 years in QA(Israel)+3 years development(Israel)+4 years development(US)?
Your degree must be equivalent to a US Bach. degree. Incomplete degrees are not counted for EB2.
Thanks a lot for all your efforts in helping me get to this stage in my immigration journey. Me and my spouse received our green cards last weekend. The journey started back in 2006. I have had a totally professional experience with Rajiv's team. Hope I did not miss anyone who has helped me in this journey. I would like to sincerely thank Pramita, Vani, Mathew, Rita, Bharathi and above all Rajiv for all your efforts. My special thanks to Prerna Mehta for answering all my queries patiently for the last 4 years.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna and team for their expertise and especially guidance they provide to the client. I have applied for PERM few months back and got certified. Special thanks to Amrita who took over my case.
We won a case for National Interest Waiver for a Physician working in a medically underserved area. We provided a five year contract, copy of his J-1 Waiver approval, numerous experience letters, a letter from the Department of State and documentation to reflect statistics of health professional shortage in the area.
We won this case as the applicant was noted to be a critical component to the success of various projects and had a very large impact on the research program. Referees described this applicant's talents to be rare and difficult to replace by U.S. workers. Her original and pioneering research made her uniquely qualified to further this intrinsically important research which greatly effected the nation as a whole.
I am quite thankful to Rajiv Khanna and his staff for getting Green Card to me and my wife. The case manager for my case is Bharati. She handled my case very well and huge kudos to her in getting the GC. Bharati is quite knowledgable in immigration matters. She responded to all my questions quickly. Her response time is very qucik. She applied Labor Certification, I-140, 485 and EAD Renewals. She is quite friendly and good going to work with.
