Got there at 6am and there were already about 80 people ahead of us.
At 6:15 they started handing out tickets. At 7:30 we had ours.
Went inside to sit down and at 7:45 our number came up. Handed over copies of the I-765 and I-485 receipt notices (it speeds up things if they do not have to make the copies) and newly filled out I-765s (they want them).
I got my passsport stamped at the local INS office today. Rajiv and his team have done a wonderful job ! They answer any questions you might have even after your case is approved ! The entire Green Card process took only 19 months with no RFE issued at any stage as far as paperwork is concerned. I most definitely would recommend Mr.Khanna's office for GC and H1-B cases.
My wife and I received I-485 approval notice and our passports stamped in Charleston, SC on March 6th, 2002. I started the process in Nov 1998 with Rajiv Khanna. I should say that the whole process took a while, but Mr. Khanna helped me to clear every hurdle. Hi, I am a 3 + year old Client of Rajiv's law firm all the way from H1 to GC approval. How does a traveler revalidate a visa without their I-94?
The I-94 admission record is created electronically and maintained in CBP systems. CBP will verify the I-94 electronically to re-validate an expired visa if the traveler meets the conditions of automatic revalidation. In order to demonstrate eligibility for automatic revalidation, a traveler may be required to present a copy of the website printout to the air or sea carrier prior to boarding.
