ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC LEGAL SERVICES!!!It's with heartfelt appreciation and gratitude that I want to express my Thanks to the Staff of Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, especially to Ms. Charu Bhagat, Ms. Reena Wadel and Ms. Sirisha Durgam for the patience with which they worked my very complicated case. I was basically in an out-of-status mode in the US for a long time with my past employment and it was a big question as to whether I would get my Visa transfer approved. Thanks to the ABSOLUTELY METICULOUS preparation of documents and the constant communication between INS and Rajiv S. Khanna's Office that amde it happen. The only thing that I would STRONGLY reccomend anyone that has the privilege of getting help from Rajiv S. Khanna's Office is...1. Be Patient and WORK (really, without question) with the lawyers who are handling your case.2. PROVIDE every bit of documentation asked for and be very PROMPT with it.3. Respect their effort in helping you and do not be impatient.Ms. Sirisha, Ms. Charu and Ms. Reena were three of the most friendly and helpful persons. Thank you so much!!Aravinth Kaliappan
It was a very pleasant experience working with the Law Offices. I would like to make a special reference to the person I worked with who kept me informed on each step during the process removing any anxiety - I did get prompt responses on all queries and she returned every call, that was amazing. I look forward to working with this team again when I apply for my Green Card.Thank and appreciate all your efforts.
Rajiv Khanna and the people at his office did a very good job in processing my Green card. All of the people(Leila Lehman, Shivane Sharma, and others), I used to contact were very knowledgable. It has been a nice experience! Thanks and keep up your good work!
My wife and I got the I-485 approval email notice in June 2007. We filed the I-485 in April 2007. The LC was done by another law firm and I switched to Rajiv and filled the I-140 and I-485. The I-140 was approved in one week under Premium Processing and I-485 was approved in less than 3 months. I told our company HR to switch to Rajiv S. Khanna and we are processing our employee’s H1B and GC through Rajiv. During the GC process, our company was sold and Rajiv and Mathew helped to resolve this issue, rather than starting the GC process from scratch. Mostly I dealt with Prerna Mehta and Mathew Chacko. Both provide me excellent help and support during the process. I dealt with Rita Dhakal for a short period of time and she helped me in great deal. Mathew called me on my cell phone to answer my questions, and he was polite, fast and correct. Also, I praise Prerna for checking my documents and forms thoroughly (I did not get any RFE) and providing correction/feed back immediately. I found the Rajiv’s immigration forum would be one of the best places for gaining more knowledge, and I would recommend every one to read and learn more.
I applied for a spouse sponsored GC and extensively used services of Mr. Khanna's office. Mr. Chacko was an enormous help throughout the process. Though we only paid one time consultation fees, he was willing to respond to our followup emails and phone calls. Our application got processed in record time and I definitely give credit to Mr. Chacko for his inputs throughout the process. I will definitely refer Mr. Khanna's services to friends and family in the future.
I've chosen immigration.com (Rajiv S. Khanna) for my GC processing.
I've got excellent response from them for all the phases of my GC. The documentation they prepare for the GC processing is very organized and 2nd to none.
Special thanks to my case manager Amrita. Amrita was answering all my questions right from the day 1 of my GC process. Her response to my emails/voice messages was immediate.
Thanks also to Rita for preparing the documentation for I-140 processing.
I've referred Rajiv Khanna to many HR folks in financial and IT companies. After my success many of my friends are willing to start/transfer their GC processing to Mr.Khanna's office.
I just got my GC approved (August 2014). I am very thankful to Rajiv, Matthew and their team for their excellent work. Prerna was very helpful and took utmost care in handling my case.

Job requirement:<br>
Education: Master’s degree, or equiv., in computer information systems or related field
Experience: At least 1 year in position offered or in design defect fixes/enhancements
I have US equivalent Master degree. My attorney said for the experience, we can show your current employer INDIA experience(2.5 years for which i worked in India for the same employer and came USA for the same employer).
Can we show current employer India experience while filing PERM?
Generally speaking, you can use the experience gained with an employer who has a tax ID number other than your petitioning employer.
I have worked with Mr. Khanna's law firm over the past 4 years for my Green Card process and the experience has been extremely satisfying ! Everyone that has to go through immigration process knows how stressful the whole situation can be and you need to have a lawyer by your side who puts you at complete ease. Mr. Khanna and his team is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and outstanding in their service. I appreciate their invaluable advice/legal counsel and their promptness in every matter. The whole team is meticulous, very responsive and it's comforting to know that you have such a great lawyer by your side. I'm glad that I made the right decision in switching to Mr. Khanna's law firm and I strongly recommend them to anyone that needs immigration counsel !
Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson will extend Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for eligible nationals of Sudan for an additional 18 months, effective Nov. 3, 2014, through May 2, 2016.
Current Sudanese beneficiaries seeking to extend their TPS status must re-register during a 60-day period that runs from Sept. 2, 2014, through Nov. 3, 2014. I have worked with Mr. Khanna's law firm over past 3 years for my Green Card renewal. I found the team to be meticulous and very responsive. Recently I am in India and trying to renew my green card. Mr. Khanna's team had no obligation to provide any counsel. They always made themselves available to answer the questions during uncertain times, so that I would any missteps in this often confusing process. I believe Mr. Khanna's law firm offers more than just handling of the legal process. They go above and beyond to create a sense of community and offer a great service to folks dealing with varying immigration circumstances.

I thank Mr. Khanna, Suman Basin, Leila Lehman and Diane Lombardo for helping me through the Employment based Green Card processing. The best thing I like about the Law offices of Rajiv S. Khanna is that they are there when you need your questions answered. Efficient and very professional team.
