Philadelphia district office EAD Interview scheduled 2.5 months after filing the marriage-based I485 package. People visiting for appointments need not wait in the line. The interview process is only taking a photo, leaving the finger print. the EAD card was printed out right away. The whole process took about 20 minutes, excluding waiting time in the waiting room.
I would like to first thank you for all your support and help to the

Here is our ( unpleasant experience ) getting my wife's Interim EAD (we applied Sept 23, 03 ) at San Francisco USCIS.
January 09 2004
8:50 am Got to the USCIS office.
I went at 10.15 am with I-140,I-765 and I-485 receipt, they gave me a token and new I-765 application to be filled up and called me at 2.15 pm. They checked the above documents, Passport and took my photo and gave me EAD instantly. There is no need to take separate photos and go.
Just wanted to share me and my wife's experience in at the Memphis Sub-Office on January 5, 2004. The Memphis office is severely backlogged currently in regards to AOS and EAD applications. We filed the I-765 for my wife on September 10th and hadn't heard anything. After corresponding with our congressional representative, we were told to travel to Memphis (a 350 mile trip) on any Monday to receive an interim EAD. We traveled to Memphis on Sunday to be ready first thing in the morning. Sunday night we decided to check out the office and went to the front door.
I had filed for my EAD renewal 3 months before the expiry date (September 16th). While my EAD was approved a little before 90 days, my wife's EAD was not renewed. They requested additional evidence (marraige certificate and I140 approval notice). After USCIS received the evidence and the USCIS website was updated, we went to Memphis on friday, January 2nd, 2004 (the day of the week when interim EADs are issued in Memphis) hoping that they would issue an interim EAD (since it was more than 90 days after the original receipt notice).
I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his extraordinary team in getting our Permanent Residence approval successfully. From the beginning, my case was reviewed (I started my process at around 3.5 years in to my H1 term) and I was given proper guidance to obtain the PR before my H1 expired. They were always there when we needed them. They paid personal attention to the various special requirements in handling my case at different phases of the whole process. Special thanks to Suman, Shivane, Subha and Leila for their undivided and prompt attention at different stages. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would also like to thank you and the contributors to the Forum which provided me with many useful information.
My wife and I got our Passports stamped in Orlando, FL after less than 2 years of process. The whole GC process through with Rajiv S. Khanna as our attorney and his office was a wonderful experience. With Mr Khanna's guidance we haven't had any problem during the whole process. This saved us a lot of time, I know it because I have seen people who started their process long before me but they haven't got their green card I would like to thank all of his team members, especiallly Suman and Leila. In particular, I would like to mention their proffesionallism, concern, understanding and patience. They have retuened my emails and calls promtly Rajiv and his staff made the whole process very easy, simple and painless. I would recommend him to everyone who needs help and a great expert on immigration issues
Excellent firm to work with. Special thanks to Ursula and Charu.
This is a very good firm to work with, Everyone especially the person who worked with me was very helpful in clearing all my question and she was very prompt in replying also. I troubled them with lots of silly questions but they answered all my questions patiently. Thank You Rajiv & your team!!!
Folks at the Law offices of Rajiv S. Khanna are thorough professionals. My application was for H1B and was handled by Sirisha Durgam. These guys have been very responsive and know what they are talking about. I would highly recommend their services.

Do we have any more clarity whether the revoked I-140 can also be used to apply for new H-4 EAD? My I-140 was approved in 2015 but I recently changed job (after Jan 18) and was looking to apply for my wife's H4 EAD based on old I-140.
1. I am on H-1B visa valid till sep 2018 , I came to India in November 2016 and applied for stamping of my visa here in New Delhi consulate , they kept my passport and some documents and told me it's in admin processing and will contact the client, as I was not working for that client during that time so they have rejected my visa after 3 months in January 2017 , the section they given for rejection is 212 (a) (6)(c)(i) which prohibits the issuance of visa for for fraud or willfully misinterpretation of fact. I check My USCIS online status of my H-1B says that my visa has been sent to the department of state. Will I be ever able to enter the USA ?
2.How to remove this Fraud charges on me?
3. I have a B1-B2 for 10 years in the year 2011, but that passport got lost in the USA, I got new passport from Indian consulate there and then I was traveling in H1-B mostly, So never bothered to inform and re-stamp my b1b2 visa from the consulate in India. How can I get my duplicate B-1/B-2 re-issued
1. Yes, if you can get a 212(d)(3) waiver for a limited time or limited purposes.
2. Make sure that this is not really an issue of fraud, get a lawyer don't expect immediate results. If you're lucky you might get this resolved in a few months, but it could take years. There is a waiver called 212(d)(3), you can look into that as well.
3. Basically, when you change passport, you just have to go get a new B-1/B-2 stamping done. It won't be a big issue.
