LAFAYETTE, La. — Five Louisiana men, including four active and former law enforcement officers, were indicted Wednesday on charges of bribery, conspiracy to commit visa fraud, and mail fraud, following a federal investigation initiated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
