There is not just 6 letter word 'THANKS' enough to describe this office and its experienced and friendly team. I have emailed Mr.Khanna about my case and Immediately I received the call from him the next day morning. He gave me the hope that this case can be resolved.
My special thanks to Jitesh Malik, the Attorney who prepared the legal arguments required for this case. He was very patient to listen to my case and always never let me loose the hope. He has been so responsive in preparing the case. Also thanks to Anna Baker who never got irritated by my phone calls. And of course Joy Sheppard who put all effort in putting all the papers in right order. On top of all this, my sincere thanks to Mr. Khanna, without whom i would not be able to write this appreciation note.
Thank you so much and thanks to all those whom i forgot to mention. You people are the best !!!
I got my medicals done in Chennai in early November, thought I would post my experience while it is still fresh in my memory.Note that I am not a Chennai resident - I reached Chennai at 6AM on the test day, and had booked my return the same night. I wanted to finish both the lab and the checkup the same day.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will expand Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals on Feb. 18, 2015. That will be the first day to request DACA under the revised guidelines established as part of President Obama’s recent anouncements on immigration.
I have turned to Rajiv Khanna and his amazing team on a number of occasions. Most recently, to flush out a complicated immigration situation from France. The thing that impresses me most is his humanity, his vast knowledge, professionalism and generosity. Well, those are 4 things, not one. But it is hard to stop when posting a positive comment about Mr. Khanna's office and work. He responds immediately or has a staff member do so, and he will explore every possibility until he finds a solution. In the maze of disappointing immigration attorneys out there, I highly recommend him.
I have my I-140 approved under EB-3 category, even though I have Masters Degree from accredited US University. Can I change it to EB-2 now?

Rajiv and his team has been handling Green card and related applications for me and my family since 2003. My experience has been excellent, to say the least. The long and not yet completed EB-3 India journey has been painful but Rajiv and his team have been great pillars of support all through. Our series of EAD and AP applications have been promptly worked on and many questions/doubts have been answered/attended swiftly. I especially thank Rajiv for a recent no charge conference call to discuss a new development with my employer. May God bless this team with greater success.

Thank you
Amrita,
I am writing this time to thank you for the outstanding work you did on my PERM case. Words cannot give my appreciation justice. You were superbly efficient and professional. We could not have wished for a better person to have dealt with and the service we received from you has been excellent, you have kept us well informed and up to date with everything.
Once again my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for you and everyone else worked on my case.
Immigration.com team has been working on my EB-2 visa and we started the first step GC process in June 2014 and today i have my labor application approved (Feb 2015) . The team (My main interaction is with Vijay Durgam) during the last few months and they have gone to meticulous detail in getting this through. We had numerous conversations to ensure that everyhing was in place and a brilliant idea from the team helped me expedite the process before the labor is filed. My 6 years H1 term was ending in Sep 2015 and this has been a remarkable progress for me in the last few months.
I look forward to work with them futher on my I-140 and I am pretty sure this positive experience is going to improve further.
Thank You Vijay and team!!

I recently PASSED my US Citizenship interview, but they wanted to provide me some documents related to my tie up with usa on my out-of-usa stay for more than 6 months during two of my trips to India. I couldn't provide the same and I contacted Mr. Rajiv Khanna on that and I was given some guidance to proceed ahead, with a one-time free consultation. Hope, his kind words would help me get succeed in getting my US Citizenship. I sincerely thank Mr. Khanna and team on this and wish them a great going.
Thanks to one and all at Rajiv Khanna's office for the excellent support and cooperation extended to me through out my GC journey.

My spouse and I are living in different sates due to obvious work reasons. I am currently on H-1B Visa with my I-140 approved. My wife is on H-1b working as a full time employee to XYZ company. Now, with Obama's executive action particularly with H-4 EAD my wife is planning to change her visa status from H-1B to H-4 so that she can get opportunities at the place where I live (at this point of time all the companies at my place are asking her for Either Green Card or Proper Work permit without any sponsorship in order to hire her). In this regards I have 2 questions
1. Would you suggest us to get H-4 approval in advance before H-4-EAD rule comes into effect or would you suggest we can file them concurrently?
2. If she applies for H-4 when can she quit the job - Is it on the day of notice of application receipt from USCIS or from the day of H-4 approval?
P.S: I am aware that no rule has been published yet but just wanted to get your thoughts/suggestions on this issue.

I started my green card processing in February 2003 with when I applied for the labor certification and I got my I485 approved on December 7th. My company was looking for different lawyers and I am glad that the company selected Mr. Rajiv Khanna.
The staff is really very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. My special thanks to Prerena Mehta, Vijay Durgham, and Shivane. The staff was always available for clarifications for doubts raised either by me or by my employer.
Thank you so much to Rajiv and his staff.
