GC processing service is a grueling process, but at Rajiv Khanna's office they handled very nicely and professionally even at difficult time. My experience with Mr. Khanna's firm was extremely satisfying. I applied for my I-140 earlier this year and recently got an ill-considered RFE. Mr. Khanna and him team were very professional in replying to this RFE and I got my I-140 approved within a week. Their service was very courteous and highly professional. If you like to know what is going on with ur 485 - You all must read
When an I-485 is accepted at the Service Center, requests for FD-258 FBI fingerprint checks, fingerprint fees, and G-325A consular background checks are made by USCIS. Responses to these requests come back to USCIS and must be matched up with the appropriate files held in staging. File Maintenance "file connects" these responses to the corresponding files.

My wife and I had our passports stamped after a 6 hour ordeal that started at 8:30 a.m. and ended at 2:30 p.m. Here are some tips based on what we experienced,
1. For an 8:40 appointment, get there before 8 if at all possible. They were not checking appointment timings, so people with 9/10 a.m. appointments were ahead of us in the line. All they care is that you have an appointment for that day.

I have turned to Rajiv Khanna and his amazing team on a number of occasions. Most recently, to flush out a complicated immigration situation from France. The thing that impresses me most is his humanity, his vast knowledge, professionalism and generosity. Well, those are 4 things, not one. But it is hard to stop when posting a positive comment about Mr. Khanna's office and work. He responds immediately or has a staff member do so, and he will explore every possibility until he finds a solution. In the maze of disappointing immigration attorneys out there, I highly recommend him.

Rajiv and his team has been handling Green card and related applications for me and my family since 2003. My experience has been excellent, to say the least.
