Hi ALL It took me sometime to write this comment, because it was hard to find the words to express my admiration and satisfaction with this winning Law office, especially my Case Team (Amrita and Seema). I come from a background that I had few failures with other offices; Needless to say, I lost both Money and Time. When I moved my case to this office, I thought it was a little more Money than I paid before. Also, the process seemed a little slow, because my Case Managers was very careful and cautious about every detail. They always said, we look at the long term implications, not to have you pass the PERM and fail in the next steps. Frankly, I felt bad sometimes because of the time spent to get everything perfect. Here come the surprise, when they finally submitted my case, I got approved within 72 Hours. it was obviously shocking unbelievable surprise. This result made appreciate they way the case was prepared and the time spent. That being said, this office worth every penny paid and more. I'm really impressed with my Case Managers (Amrita and Seema). Amrita, Seema, Thank you very much for all what you done. Looking forward to applying I140, I485 with your office. N-400 Interview Experience
Yesterday myself and my wife oath was completed. I had my interview on 18 Sept @ 2:30 but I didn't received the oath letter since it was too late. My wife got a call from Atlanta USCIS this Monday and was called for the oath ceremony on Wednesday. My wife requested them to have oath with me. USCIA call us again on Wednesday morning and scheduled oath for both of us on Thursday @ 1:30 PM. I never received the oath letter in mail.

Electronic I-94 Rollout on 30 April 2013
Beginning 30 April 2013, CBP will roll out electronic version of Form I-94, Arrival Departure Record. We recommended that all visitors print out and keep a paper copy of the Form for their records at all times. There are still important legal issues that remain unsettled, including, the proper training and education of DHS/CBP of its own officers.
USCIS Reaches FY 2014 H-1B Cap
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced today that it has received a sufficient number of H-1B petitions to reach the statutory cap for fiscal year (FY) 2014. USCIS has also received more than 20,000 H-1B petitions filed on behalf of persons exempt from the cap under the advanced degree exemption.

USCIS to Begin Accepting Requests for Expanded DACA on Feb. 18
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will expand Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals on Feb. 18, 2015. That will be the first day to request DACA under the revised guidelines established as part of President Obama’s recent anouncements on immigration.

I have turned to Rajiv Khanna and his amazing team on a number of occasions. Most recently, to flush out a complicated immigration situation from France. The thing that impresses me most is his humanity, his vast knowledge, professionalism and generosity. Well, those are 4 things, not one. But it is hard to stop when posting a positive comment about Mr. Khanna's office and work. He responds immediately or has a staff member do so, and he will explore every possibility until he finds a solution. In the maze of disappointing immigration attorneys out there, I highly recommend him.

Question details
I have my I-140 approved under EB-3 category, even though I have Masters Degree from accredited US University. Can I change it to EB-2 now?

Rajiv and his team has been handling Green card and related applications for me and my family since 2003. My experience has been excellent, to say the least. The long and not yet completed EB-3 India journey has been painful but Rajiv and his team have been great pillars of support all through. Our series of EAD and AP applications have been promptly worked on and many questions/doubts have been answered/attended swiftly. Immigration.com team has been working on my EB-2 visa and we started the first step GC process in June 2014 and today i have my labor application approved (Feb 2015) . The team (My main interaction is with Vijay Durgam) during the last few months and they have gone to meticulous detail in getting this through. We had numerous conversations to ensure that everyhing was in place and a brilliant idea from the team helped me expedite the process before the labor is filed. My 6 years H1 term was ending in Sep 2015 and this has been a remarkable progress for me in the last few months.
