Mr. Rajiv Khanna gave the best advice for me. Thank you Mr. Khanna.
I'd like to use this opportunity to thank both Mathew and Tarun for their great job in preparing my I-485 case. Especially Tarun, who helped me a lot during the process. I understand that most of your clients put their comments after their cases got approved. But I'm so impressed by him, I'd like to thank him before we even file the case!! Tarun is very prompt in response, very helpful and very patient. I'm very happy that your office hired such a wonderful person. -- Best regards

Thank you to Mathew,Richa,Aruna and Kumuda for your coordination and support.
I have got a very professional service from Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna. People are very reactive on the processing steps and helped me through all my process.
Thanks a lot
The service and expertise I received from Rajiv and his team was way above my expectations. Right from the beginning Rajiv answered all my concerns, he made himself available at all times and troubleshoot all the legal aspects and constrains regarding my case. His knowledge of the legal system is just amazing !
Thanks to Mathew Chacko for his professional advice and support during all the phases of my GC process, he is very professional and along with Rajiv create an elite immigration team.
A honorable mention to Heather Crump who made the entire process a real delight. Her attention to detail made me so confident and relax even in hard times. She is incredibly efficient and effective , her organization skills and pleasant personality are the best i ever known.

I would like to say a great thank you to Mr. Rajiv's team--Rita, Ursula, Sushila, Pramita, Roopa, and Suman, Mathew. I-140 has approved and waiting for I-485.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team including Ms Baker, Mr Khanna amd Ms Waddell for their excellent and prompt efforts in helping me transfer out of a J1 waiver job. The team was excellent to work with and treated me with respect and was very professional. The approval came in within 2 weeks without any RFE's.
The chances of approval were poor due to lack of consent from the primary state, but the team achieved nothing less than a miracle. Cheers!!! and Congratulations!!!! God Bless you!.
I am very greatful and obliged to Prerna, Mathew, Rajiv and his wonderful staff from bottom of my heart for being with us through this entire procedure.
Thanks is a very very small word to show our gratitude to you.
I got my I-140 approval in 1 day and I-485 approval in 6 months with no RFE's.
I proudly say that one of the best decisions we made was to choose Mr.Rajiv's firm for our immigration matters.
At the end of the day, that we were in safe hands and it worked out absolutely well.
It only happenned because of the excellent paperwork and guidance done by Prerna and Mathew.
Mathew and Prerna has always dealt us with patience and almost immediate prompt emails answering our indefinite questions
and provided comforting words, that they will take care. It was overwhelmingly good.
Several times,I was really AMAZED at how Mathew can respond to emails and phone calls in spite of his busy schedule in this busy month July.
I thank again Prerna from bottom of my heart for being my saviour through this entire process and making the experience very friendly.
I would recommend any one going through immigration process, to choose Mr.Rajiv and his team, for they are excellent in handling the cases, as well as very prompt and caring as they take up cases very personally and work through it, to set everything right. This would help the case to not reflect back with RFE's.
May GOD bless you and your TEAM with the BEST of the WISHES so that a LOT many souls like us, can see their DREAMS come TRUE.
Rajiv ji , you and your staff are the best of the best.

WASHINGTON— On Feb. 21, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) began receiving H-2B cap-subject petitions for the second half of fiscal year 2018.
Hello,
Last Friday I went to the Oath ceremony. It was really nicely done.
Below is my dads background .
Mom has always been a house wife & have lived in India most of her life except for 2 years in 1989 to 1991.
My dad has been working in the Yemen for a subsidiary of American company called Clorex for 10 years as a plant manager for a chemical plant(purely management job). Did an MBA 2 years prior to his retirement at the age of 56 since the company sponsored it as part of employee benefit.Since then he had been living as a retiree , now for 4 years. In between I have took them to Singapore & Malaysia .Have a permanent residence in India .He pays luxury tax for that home. Has a daughter(married and settled in a different town) and a son other than me(works and lives with them in their house) ( I work in the USA on an H1 for past 2 years).Have travel history to Saudi Arabia but not in the past 5 years.
I completely understand its the burden of applicant to prove the non immigrant Intent. But doesn't know how since both the times the officer didn't ask much .Both the times it was a joint interview .Wanted to know your comments.
Tourist visas are often denied based upon incomprehensible reasons. The most difficult reason to overcome is the 214B denial. Essentially, the consular officer says that your parents possess immigrant intent and that he is not convinced they will come back. You can ask for a supervisory review of that decision, but most of the times they don't work.

I'm on H1B visa for very long time working for Company A. I have founded a start-up company B while in H1B, and invested in it to launch 4 free Apps in the market. My spouse is having H4 EAD, and I hired her as Director to oversee the business, bank account etc. These Apps are very innovative and globally received lot of recognition. Now I have plenty of Media reports based on my Apps. I also wrote Innovative Articles that are accepted by Science and Engineering Journals about these inventions. I have 4+ qualifying criterias for EB1-A. So far I can confirm that I never made a $ out of these Apps or from my investment.
Am I eligible for EB1-A, as I would like to make more more innovative and problem solving Apps, that would create jobs in the market.
EB-1A category requires a two-step analysis: quantitative and qualitative. In the quantitative analysis you must meet 3/10 requirements, or equipment. In the qualitative analysis, which is performed after that, your resume, in an overview, should look like that of a person who is one of the top people in your profession.

I would like to apply for green card for my mother and father. am a US citizen, they will be coming to US in next month on tourist visa. How long will I have to wait (day/months) after they land in US, before I can file for their green card.? Also, if law changes for so called "chain migration", can that law be retroactive for applications in the que? Any comments on that would be appreciated.
Your parents must not have a preconceived intention to file for a green card. I have covered this issue in a bunch of our frequently asked questions. Please take a look. In the USA, ex post facto laws are considered to be unconstitutional.

I just got my GC approved through the Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna. Over the last four years I had a very good experience with all the professionals who handled my case at your offices. After so many years waiting at the labor certification stage (PBEC story), they helped me to put together the I-140/485 application, with timely and to-the-point responses to my questions along the way, is a short time. As a result, my application got approved within a couple of months way before my expected timeline. Many thanks to Richa, Amrita (LC stage) and Mathew, Rita (I-140/485) for a job well done. Keep up the good work.
