PERM filed Nov. 20, 06 Approval notification on Nov. 27, 06 in just 7 days. Excellent teamwork and attention to detail by Amrita and Seema at Rajiv Khanna's office. Highly commendable.
Labor filed Nov 10 2006, Approval received Nov 16 2006.Amrita and Seema did a fantastic job. Of course Mr Khanna, the architect, once again proved his work.Keep up the good work.
I am doing my GC through your offices. In fact most of our employees from my company are doing their GC through your company. I was the first one and have referred quite a bit of my colleagues because they are well organized and well responsive the 2 main things that we can control, rest are controlled by USCIS. Good team of people and Vijay Durgam has helped me through this tough process and has been a great case manager for me. So did Anna Baker who has helped me with H1B related things though my H1B is not processed through Rajiv's office, they have always helped me. Great show team. Thanks to Rajiv and Team.

Few years back I entrusted my GC processing with Mr. Rajiv Khanna. The professionalism and prompt support extended by the entire team was so very impressive. This lead me file the GC’s of my employees when I started my software consulting firm. Over the years I have see the professionalism and focused attention each case is getting increase. Last week we filed PERM for another employee and support Seema and Amrita gave is really commendable

This firm takes client service to the next level. Rajiv's firm worked with me the first time for an H1B 3 years back. I had a great experience that time.
They have done it again this time for my Labor cert. Amrita and Seema worked on PERM with me and Amrita called me on a SATURDAY to inform me of the approval. Only 2 days after the filing! They pay attention to every detail and know their stuff.
Thank you Amrita, Seema and everyone at Mr. Khanna's office.
Seema and Amrita were extremely helpful in my process and they did everything on time. Good job!
Thanks and Regards.
My I-485 petition was filed just couple of weeks ago. I just wanted to appreciate the work Tarun Sharma did for my petition and the prompt responses.
Regards,
Kale.
Just came to know from the USCIS website that our I485 petitions have been approved and cards have been ordered. I want to thank each and every member of your firm who were with me through this long road that took 4 years and 7 months to travel . My sincere thanks to Richa Narang, Helen Anchillo, Kumuda Prasad, Attorney Jitesh Mallik and Attorney Mathew Chacko for handling various stages of our application process in the most efficient and professional ways possible. We call ourselves permanent residents today only because of the help and guidance that you provided and we sincerely appreciate your services. Specifically I would like to mention the promptness and efficiency that was shown by the team in responding to the I-140 RFE. During this past 5 years, there was never an email or a phone call that went unanswered from your office. That really shows how professional you are as a team.
My sincere thanks to you Mr. Khanna, for all the help and guidance that you
gave us through out the application process. You were always ready to answer all my questions (whether GC related or not) and I really appreciate all the help that you provided.
I have got a very professional service from Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna. People are very reactive on the processing steps and helped me through all my process.
Thanks a lot
The service and expertise I received from Rajiv and his team was way above my expectations. Right from the beginning Rajiv answered all my concerns, he made himself available at all times and troubleshoot all the legal aspects and constrains regarding my case. His knowledge of the legal system is just amazing !
Thanks to Mathew Chacko for his professional advice and support during all the phases of my GC process, he is very professional and along with Rajiv create an elite immigration team.
A honorable mention to Heather Crump who made the entire process a real delight. Her attention to detail made me so confident and relax even in hard times. She is incredibly efficient and effective , her organization skills and pleasant personality are the best i ever known.
From their financial department to their legal team they are flawless.
I strongly recommend Mr.Khanna's law office to anyone, this is by far the best experience i ever had. I could honestly say that they are the # 1 immigration firm in the United States. Thank you all for your service !
I would like to say a great thank you to Mr. Rajiv's team--Rita, Ursula, Sushila, Pramita, Roopa, and Suman, Mathew. I-140 has approved and waiting for I-485.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team including Ms Baker, Mr Khanna amd Ms Waddell for their excellent and prompt efforts in helping me transfer out of a J1 waiver job. The team was excellent to work with and treated me with respect and was very professional. The approval came in within 2 weeks without any RFE's.
The chances of approval were poor due to lack of consent from the primary state, but the team achieved nothing less than a miracle. Cheers!!! and Congratulations!!!! God Bless you!.
I am very greatful and obliged to Prerna, Mathew, Rajiv and his wonderful staff from bottom of my heart for being with us through this entire procedure.
Thanks is a very very small word to show our gratitude to you.
I got my I-140 approval in 1 day and I-485 approval in 6 months with no RFE's.
I proudly say that one of the best decisions we made was to choose Mr.Rajiv's firm for our immigration matters.
At the end of the day, that we were in safe hands and it worked out absolutely well.
It only happenned because of the excellent paperwork and guidance done by Prerna and Mathew.
Mathew and Prerna has always dealt us with patience and almost immediate prompt emails answering our indefinite questions
and provided comforting words, that they will take care. It was overwhelmingly good.
Several times,I was really AMAZED at how Mathew can respond to emails and phone calls in spite of his busy schedule in this busy month July.
I thank again Prerna from bottom of my heart for being my saviour through this entire process and making the experience very friendly.
I would recommend any one going through immigration process, to choose Mr.Rajiv and his team, for they are excellent in handling the cases, as well as very prompt and caring as they take up cases very personally and work through it, to set everything right. This would help the case to not reflect back with RFE's.
May GOD bless you and your TEAM with the BEST of the WISHES so that a LOT many souls like us, can see their DREAMS come TRUE.
Rajiv ji , you and your staff are the best of the best.
We are looking at various measures of safety and expense control. First and foremost everyone is working from home for their on safety and wellness. For expense control one idea that we were discussing was a potential pay rate reduction for a short period of time.

I recently got approval for Work From Home, from my client. So my work location will be my home. My H1B Amendment is filed. Because of situation, I have to change my home i.e work location, within same MSA. Also, if we can change the house, just updating AR-11 will suffice?

I currently have an approved I-140 with my former employer which is past 180 days. I'm on my H1b (exp May 2021) with my current employer, now my current employer has furloughed me for 90 days and asked to return to work after the furlough period. During this time I'll be paid 20% of my salary or could use my PTO (200 Hours). What options do I have to maintain my status during the furlough period? Can I take paid/unpaid leave and go back towork for the same employer or do I need to find a new job?

My parents are here in US on B1/B2 visitor visa and their I-94 expires on June 5th. With the current Covid Situation, I feel it's risky to send older parents back to India. I would like to know if I can apply for extension of stay based on this situation? USCIS will consider this kind of pandemic situation in to account for extension? If I can apply extension how soon I should do and how long I can extend ( can do 6 months)?

I had my EB2 Interview last week it went good. I did submit my offer letter and my paystubs. I am still waiting to hear back from USCIS regarding the next steps. If I end up losing my job what happens in that event? I am working with my current employer on EAD and I dont have an active H1B. Its very difficult to find another job in the current situation, since I have already submitted an offer letter will they require any other confirmation before approving?

I lost job and my last date of employment with the employer is March 20, 2020. This employer sponsored H1B and also had ported GC AOS in 2018.:
1. After my last date of employment (March 20, 2020), how much time do I have to transfer H1B and I-487 to a new employer?
2. Will losing the job affect the EAD renewal in processing?
3. How would it affect I-487 application, which can become current any time soon?

1. Is H-1B visa holder eligible for unemployment only if laid off or even furloughed? if yes, how do we know that we are eligible?
2. Where can I check my i-94 expiration date?
3. If I now have to change from H1 to B2 due to furlough, and if I have to return back to work later with the same employer, should i have to go out of the country to change back to H1?
4. What are the effects to my H1b if I have to chose using PTO or unpaid leave or combination of both, or if I have to work just 20hrs/week?
5. If I have to apply for a H4 and an EAD, do both of them get approved at the same time? I am asking this because I wanted to know if there could be a gap in my employment after I switch from H1 to H4 waiting for EAD.

I am a Manager of a resourcing company in India working for more than 2 years in the same company. Recently, a US company acquired us. Can the US company apply a L1A visa for me and subsequently a green card in EB1-C category?

1. I have my I-140 approved 2 months back and my employer is not ready to share the approval notice, is there any way to get it?
2. I am planning to look out for a job change and will my I-140 still be there if I change my employer or is there any time period I have to be with the employer or can they revoke my I-140??, as I am planning to get EAD for my wife on my I-140.

I started my relationship with Rajiv and team from 2000. They were with me all the time from 2000 to 2006 for whole journey of 6 years in my green card processing.
Half way through my company changed its name forced to start all over again and then went with the many hick ups due to my employer ( a start up company) going up and down. Rajiv team was with me to help me to resolve the issues. Finally my green card is approved after 4 EAD extensions. Thanks for the advice and constant help from Rajiv's team. I could have lost this battle long back with out your help. Once again Thanks for making it happen
