My wife and I got the I-485 approval in March 2008. We filed the I-140 & I-485 in February 2006. The LC PERM was done by Rajiv’s law firm too. The I-140 was approved in 4 months without any issues.
Mostly I dealt with Prerna Mehta and Jitesh Malik. Both provide me excellent help and support during the process. Malik called me on my cell phone to answer my questions, and he was polite, fast and correct. Also, I praise Prerna for checking my documents and forms thoroughly and providing correction/feed back immediately.
My sincere thanks to you Mr. Khanna, for all the help and guidance that you gave us through out the application process. You were always ready to answer all my questions and I really appreciate all the help that you provided.

-Audit was sent on the 4th of March'08
- Response to the Audit was sent on 2nd April'08

My 485 was denied and I had only 15 days to respond back or else I would have lost my EAD too! I came to know about Rajiv from a friend and emailed him right away, the same evening I got the denial letter. Next morning, Rajiv called me personally and collected all the details from me. At that time, he wasn't even sure if he is going to take the case or not. My 485 was based on family and I had done all the paper work myself. I had my initial interview 2 years back (in 2006) where I was asked to provide my original birth certificate within next 90 days. That was the only thing needed for approving my 485. I had sent my hospital issued birth certificate shortly after that. Since then I never heard back from USCIS. After a few info-pass appointments, I got a denial letter in Feb 2008.

The USCIS procedure mandates to send a letter of "Intend to deny" if the evidence they ask for (birth certificate in my case) is not satisfactory. I never got the intention letter. Instead, I got the denial!

The case was complicated but Rajiv took the time to research how to proceed and finally he suggested we appeal via form 290B (Motion to Reopen/ Reconsider). Mathew and Suman promptly created all necessary paperwork. I managed to get the municipality issued Birth Certificate and we files the Motion to Reopen within 10 days of receiving the denial letter. USCIS took a little over a month and approved my motion.

Now I just have to wait for my 485 to get approved. I was very pleased to find Rajiv and his team. I wish them all the best in the endeavor to help thousands of people with USCIS.

I think Law office of Rajiv S Khanna has done a very good job in answering the RFE. After the RFE was answered, I got the approval in 15days.

My 140 got approved in 9 days ,great work from Rita and attorneys at Law offices of Rajiv .

The long wait still continues to file 485 .
I wish each and every one a very happy new year 2007 .

My previous employer didn't file for my wife H4 when they filed for my H1B, which made her out of status from Sep 2002. I got to know that Rajiv's office did help the clients with H4 issues. That is when I decided to try with them. We filed for my H1B (7th yr extension) and my wife H4 at the same time in Oct 05. We requested to give the status from Sep 02 - Jan 07. USCIS approved both H1B and H4. But they gave her status from Jan 06 - Jan 07, which means she was still out of status from Sep 02 - Jan 06. Then we decided to file for MTR and we filed MTR in Nov 05. USCIS responded to MTR in Sep 06 with RFE. We sent response to RFE and they gave status from Sep 02 - Jan 06, which means my wife got full status.
All this couldn't have happened with out strategic thought process Rajiv/Jitesh and their team has put together. We are extremely happy about how our case has been handled from day one we chose to hire Rajiv's law firm. My special thanks to Rajiv/Jitesh/Ursula/Anna and their team for answering all my questions at different stages of this. In future if I need any immigration help I would definitely go for Rajiv firm. I got my 485 approved after filing WOM. Rajiv Khanna's office was very helpful, and their guidance in the whole case was always truthful and honest. Rajiv and Jitesh advised me in this case and filed WOM in DC Circuit Court.All filings related to this case were done on time, the arguments in the case were solid, and name check was cleared within a month of filing WOM.

We applied in late September; and my case for permanent resident status was approved last week. Mathew Chacko and Heather Crumb took care of all the paperwork and the process and were both extremely helpful, prompt and did a wonderful job. Couldnt have asked for a better service!

I have worked with numerous immigration lawyers in the past and no body (and I mean no body) gave the quick turn around time that I received from these guys. (Specifically Seema & Amrita). I was in a difficult situation with a missing labor certificate, pending I-140 due to that and fighting with DOL, Mr.Khanna's office did an excellent job especially Mr.Jitesh dealt it through every possible opportunity and finally got it resolved by taking it through lawsuit against DOL. This shows that their experience counts while dealing with typical cases and troublesome situations. There has been a great communication through email on every step and effort to get this resolved. I have been using the services of The Law Office of Rajiv Khanna for a while now. Labor certification in my case was recently approved, following conversion to RIR. The window for conducting recruitment and preparing the package was small, only 4 months. In addition, I was away for a month on vacation during this time. However, with my employer's and Vijay's help, I was able to complete the recruitment process on time. Vijay was very patient and professional dealing with my employer and me, despite some delays at my end.

In spite of the fact that my case was closed mistakenly by backlog center, Rajiv Khanna's team were great in communicating with backlog center and was successful to reopen my case. I sincerely suggest you folks better spend little more money and be in safe and experienced hands like Rajiv Khanna. Its all worth while. I am very much impressed with the professionalism of Richa Narang, one of Mr Khanna's staffers. She was very patient and worked very hard to complete all the forms and putting the supporting documents together before filing with USCIS. I used the services of Mr Khanna's firm to file for Green Card through labor certification (EB2 Non-RIR) in Oct' 2003. In Jan' 2007 the Department of Labor came back asking us to convert non-RIR to a RIR application. Mr Khanna's firm supported me with documentation, news paper ad details and answers to lots of my queries. The RIR application was mailed on 03/29/2007 and I received a notice from US Department of Labor on 04/26/2007 that my labor has been Certified.
