My and my wife's I-485 has been approved last week (PD 07/2005) without any RFE. I'd like to express my thanks to Rajiv Khanna's office for making my PR finally come true.
I used Rajiv Khanna team services in 1998-2000 to process several H1 and GC cases for my employees in Indus Corporation, and received very good and professional services. I would recommend their services without any hesitation
Khanna's firm did a thorough, expeditious job of the recruitment and coaching my company's HR dept - specifically, Vijay Durgam who was the case worker on my file. I got approval in less than 20 days. Thanks!

I'm working in an organization since December 2009. When my green card was filed in January 2016 my job title was "Senior Engineer", and the roles and responsibilities included following -
<br>
· Generally someone with industry knowledge and/or software knowledge
<br>
· SME in multiple areas
· Able to assist in even more areas
· Able to work without management intervention
<br>
My I-140 is approved, and Priority Date is January 2016. I'm due for promotion to the job title "Consultant", and the roles and responsibilities would be following -
<br>
· SME in a lot of areas
· Able to work in any area
· Able to talk accurately about the whole product whenever and wherever regardless of audience
· “Manager” on the floor, a mentor to “all” that need help, trusted adviser
· The one that the Engineer level people go to and want to be
<br>
My Manager and HR mentioned that they will have to file amendment for change in roles and responsibilities that matches with new title. They are concerned about filing amendment, and they mentioned that they are seeing less than 50/50 success rate and there is high risk involved in changing title as my green card might get declined.
<br>
I'm very surprised that changing only couple of responsibilities can jeopardize my green card processing, and I'm also finding it unbelievable that I can't get any promotion within same organization till my GC is approved, which could be another 10-15 years.
<br>
I thought since green card is filed for the future position, so there should not be much risk involved in filing amendment. I've seen many of my friends and family getting promotions within same organization after their green card process started. Since I'll be working in same organization and same team, and there is no drastic change in roles and responsibilities, so do we still have to file amendment? Can the amendment be filed later with I-485, or is it better to go back to old job without filing amendment?

Quotes and Excerpts from Rajiv on the article:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is updating the USCIS Policy Manual to clarify the effect of travel outside the United States by Temporary Protected Status (TPS) beneficiaries who are subject to removal proceedings.
Each month, the Visa Office subdivides the annual preference and foreign state limitations specified by the INA into monthly allotments based on totals of documentarily qualified immigrant visa applicants reported at consular posts and CIS Offices, grouped by foreign state chargeability, preference category, and priority date.
When should my H-1B petition for an extension be filed?
An H-1B petition for extension may be submitted to USCIS no more than 6 months prior to the expiration of the current H-1B status.
I do not have an I-94 from my last entry to the US in June, but I need it for my H-1B renewal. What should I do?

On the other hand The State Department had this announcement to make
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are jointly issuing this Investor Alert to warn individual investors about fraudulent investment scams that exploit the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as “EB-5.”
A big Thank you to the Law Office of Rajiv S. Khanna for all the valuable advice and help they provided with our Green Card processing! We just got the CPO emails yesterday and are waiting for the cards to arrive now. We highly recommend them for any kind of immigration work. Rajiv and his team are great to work with. For specific case informations, we have scheduled direct calls with Rajiv and he has always provided valuable advice at appropriate times.
1. Our employees are deployed at government sites. Are we still obliged to pay the H-1 wage?
2. Can we ask such employees to use their paid leave?
A1. Yes. In my view, that obligation continues unabated.

I work in the HR department at an IT consulting firm. We needed to get an employee on board to begin a project, but first needed to transfer his visa. Dan and Anna helped make the process extremely smooth, not to mention quick. It was a pleasure to work with both of them.
