Beginning December 12, the free citizenship preparation and study materials in USCIS’ Citizenship Resource Center will be easier to use from a smartphone, tablet or other mobile device. Among the improvements, the new design puts key navigational links inside a single “hamburger” icon like that found on many other mobile sites. This redesign follows the launch of mobile friendly design on other parts of uscis.gov and uscis.gov/es earlier this year.

My I 140 is approved in 2013 and H1-B 5 year and 3 months are completed.
I have important question , after 17 Jan 2016 , my any chance I loose my job and my employer revoke my H1-B and I 140.
1. Will I get some time to find new job and new employee to transfer my H1-B ?
2. after my employer revoke my H1-B what is time line I can still transfer my H1-B visa with new employer?
Government will sympathetically consider unexpected layoffs and should give you consideration up to 60 days each H-1 period. So one 60 day period let say you have taken and then changed your employer another 60 day period kind of like that and there is little more to it but each time there is new validity to H-1 . You will be able to get 60 more days.

We won this case following a response to a Request for Evidence. Service requested further clarification on the "permanency" of the job offer, which was with a University. We submitted the HR policies/procedures documentation to show that the position was permanent and met the Service requirements. Letters from the HR as well as the Department were submitted to show that the position would continue and that funding was available to support this position.
I recently received a GC for me and my wife filed in the employment based EB2 category. The office of Rajiv S Khanna was extremely professional and responsive and the process went really smooth. Prerna Mehta was the contact person and she was always available to answer queries and doubts. Received a RFE at the I-485 stage which was handled in a timely manner with all relevent documents by the law firm. I highly recommend this law firm for all kinds of Employment visa, Permanent Residence cases.
I am exteremly impressed by Rajiv Khanna law firm and my case manager Amrita.I got audited on my PERM labor clearance. With Mr.Khanna and his team, I got my LC approved on 1/7/08. Rajiv S khanna is the best. Aruna, Bharathi they are all the best people to deal with. Very very excellent service provided. waiting for my I-485 so lets see. Thanks to all for all the service provided.
I had wonderful experience working with Rajiv and his team. Vikas Varma was very professional and prompt in responding and providing necessary information to me to take the appropriate steps. Rajiv's whole team is very professional and I would recommend to all my friends.
We have a great experience working with Rajiv and his team. Vikas Varma was very professional and thorough. They prepared the RFE response of a very completed case so great that we got the approval of a very tough case. Its really worth the money they charge. We would like to continue using the services of LORK in the future.
I've been working with LORK the last 5 years, and it has always been a pleasure working with them. They've dealt some tough cases for us, and I have immense confidence, when they are handling our cases. Recently, we had our L1 petition approved, and we are very impressed with extent of details covered. It was a pleasure working with Vikas Varma, and LORK's attitude of making sure the employer's reputation is not at stake at the USCIS.
Me and my employer worked with Mr. Khanna's firm for GC process. It took almost 4 years for us to get GC. Solving complex case with care and experience is what we got. Thanks a million to Mr. Khanna, Mathew and all case managers who helped in every way possible. If any of you need to get GC done, please contact Mr. Khanna without any 2nd thought.
He is just the best attorney you can ever work with for all of your immigration needs. God bless him and the entire team.
Q. I am a student graduating in December with my Masters degree. I have an offer from an university. I understand that universities apply for exempt-H1B. I also understand that exempt H1B's cannot be transferred to non-exempt H1B's.
Will I be able to work in the period from April to October 1st with the private company, when my non-exempt H1B is still in process? Will accepting this offer be a problem if i want to move to a private firm later?
I am thinking about applying for green card under EB-1A or EB-1B. Currently I have an approved I-140 (2005, EB2). I have a few questions:
Q.a) Is the EB1A or EB1-B I-140 premium processed?
Q.b) Do I need to submit another set of I-485 with the EB-1 application even though the EB-2 I-485 are pending with USCIS?
Q.c) Which option would be better for me - EB-1A or EB-1B? I am currently an associate professor at XXX University.
I have received excellent service from attorney Mr. Rajiv S. Khanna and his entire talented team. I got an audit request on my case after two weeks of PERM filing at DOL. Mr. Khanna and his dedicated team, attorney Sheena, Amrita and Kim everyone worked relentlessly in response to the audit request. Finally my Permanent Labor got certified within one week of their response. I would like to thank attorney Mr. Khanna, attorney Sheena, Kimberly Phill and Amrita for their generous support on the success of my case. I will definitely recommend everyone to consult attorney Mr. Khanna and his well-experienced team for any immigration matter.
