We started GC process with Khanna firm in 2004. I got approved my GC in month of February. My case was assinged to Bharathi, prompt answers were provided when ever we had questions, concerns & queries. Bharathi thanks a bunch for your help during this process. Whole process was cake walk, professionally handled. Would recommend Rajiv and his team members for everyone who is lost in immigration world and looking for professional help.
It was back in June 2005 we signed with Mr.Rajiv's firm regarding my employment based GC process. With the excellent process and support from Rajiv's office my PERM labor got approved in 4 months and then I-140 in 7 months and there was a RFE which Mr.Mathew helped my employer by contacting USCIS and effectively getting approval. With lot of inquiry made by Rajiv's office and continuous follow-up with USCIS my case and my wife's case got approved without any RFE.
I sincerely appreciate their help and patience shown during my GC process and highly recommend them for any immigration related process.
A. Yes, now that the GC is approved, your employer should "permanently" give you the job described (including the title, salary and job duties) in the Labor Certification. This change should take place within a "reasonable time" after the GC approval.
I filed the LC on the 1st week of January 2009 and got my GC approved on the 1st of April 2010. I am a bit lucky as my whole GC process through Rajiv S Khanna Office was great and a pleasant experience. My kind attorney Rep Heather and Art Shifftlett were truly cooperative. In summary, Rajiv & Team made the whole process simple and painless, and I am honored to choose this firm. No doubt, if I have any friends looking for GC Attorney, I would highly recommend Rajiv & Team.
