I filed the LC on the 1st week of January 2009 and got my GC approved on the 1st of April 2010. I am a bit lucky as my whole GC process through Rajiv S Khanna Office was great and a pleasant experience. We started GC process with Khanna firm in 2004. I got approved my GC in month of February. My case was assinged to Bharathi, prompt answers were provided when ever we had questions, concerns & queries. Bharathi thanks a bunch for your help during this process. It was back in June 2005 we signed with Mr.Rajiv's firm regarding my employment based GC process. With the excellent process and support from Rajiv's office my PERM labor got approved in 4 months and then I-140 in 7 months and there was a RFE which Mr.Mathew helped my employer by contacting USCIS and effectively getting approval. With lot of inquiry made by Rajiv's office and continuous follow-up with USCIS my case and my wife's case got approved without any RFE.
