Hi, My experience with 'Law office of Rajiv S. Khanna' was very satisfying so far related to my EB2 Green card. I made a point to write this on the service provided so far by their employee Mark for process my AOS. He was very prompt and efficient during the process of filing, I sincerely appreciate his professionalism and the same for the Law firm. Thank you.
Yet again, great advice and counsel from Mr Rajiv Khanna, P.C. and there paralegal. There Paralegal provided us plenty of legal ammunition .
You guys are true professional. Mr. Khanna and team is friendly and very knowledgeable! After having some advice on some case, It took me 2 minute to decide that I'll have Mr. Khanna my attorney for my case. Thanks for being so nice, humble and professional! Irfan
My Labour is filed in EB-3 & my PD is Oct-2003. I got my EAD in 2007. I have a BE degree from India & a work experience of 13 years. 5 in India & 8 in USA. Am I eligible for porting to EB-2? If I file a fresh EB-2 what is the process? Is it just the Perm process & I- 140 or do I need to file I- 485 again.
People with over 5 years of exp. after a 4-year degree may be ale to restart the green card under EB-2 category and then port their PD. Basically, you are redoing the PERM and I-140 for an EB-2 level job.
We have worked with Mr. Khanna's law firm over past 3 years for my Green Card process. I found the team to be meticulous and very responsive. Recently I had to switch employers while my I-485 was still outstanding. Mr. Khanna's team had no obligation to provide any counsel, since I would not be their client anymore. Despite that, they made themselves available to answer the questions during uncertain times, so that I would any missteps in this often confusing process. I believe Mr. Khanna's law firm offers more than just handling of the legal process. They go above and beyond to create a sense of community and offer a great service to folks dealing with varying immigration circumstances. It's a comforting feeling to know that you have Mr. Khanna's firm by your side.
I had my green card filed through my employer and got the opportunity to work directly with Lakshmi Kompella, one of the attorneys at the law firm and I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my case. She was always available to take my calls and answer any of the multiple questions I had in great detail, and never failed to return my calls and emails whenever I was not able to reach her. My process went by really fast and I attribute that to the diligent work that Lakshmi and her team performed. I won't hesitate to recommend my friends and colleagues to this law firm for any of the services they provide.
