Rajiv and his whole team were a very great support. They know their job and handeld my wife's H1 & my H4 applications very professionally. My wife and her employer are also engaging his services for her green card. I would recommend his services to anyone who has any immigration matters to be handled.
We have used the services of the law offices of Rajiv Khanna for the past 4 years in the processing of our Green Card application (EB 2). I found the team very approachable and knowledgable. Whenever I contacted them with questions regarding my case, they were prompt in their respnse. Recently, I had an opportunity to consult with Mr. Khanna, and that has given me the confidence that our case is in good hands.
Hello, I saw Rajiv's blog and asked to speak to him at his office. Rajiv and his staff are very professional, person and helpful. If I have any other immigration issuses I surely will contact you and your office. Just want everyone to know that he runs a top notch organization. Thanks for everything. Your Brother, Khalid
Mr. Khanna has always been helpful ever from applying my H1B through his office until today. I have always taken his words for granted and he was never wrong. I sincerely thank him for taking time to talk to me whenever i needed his advice! Thank you so much, Sir!
It is always pleasure talking to Mr. Khanna about immigration related issues, his expertise in the immigration field are acknowledge by all the attorneys. I once had a talk over the phone with attorney who was based at west coast, during the discussion with the attorney, I mentioned that we are east coast based so he instantly mentioned Mr. Khanna's name and he praised about him as an attorney. I was really touched by this that we work with such a great attorney.
Mr. Khanna is a very good advisor and one of the best experts in his field. I highly recommend his firm for immigration related advice and help.
I had a brief telephonic consultation and Resume review with Mr. Khanna. He seems like very through and knowledgable attorney. He provided me right information and suggestion as what should be the next step to follow and in which category my GC petition has more chances to get approved. This is all within 15 mins of consultation and that too with no charge/fee. I would strongly recommend him and his firm. - Pallav
Mr.Khanna is very knowledgable with his work, very humble, least arrogant, never panics us. He studies the case and sees the facts we give and gives us an honest review of our situation.I have seen other lawyers right from the day we landed in the country who keep us in the dark, get the work done for the moment- we are not known of the implications as we are just as new to everything legal. Our lives and existence in the US depends on immigration status and we cannot afford to risk it Thanks again Mr.Khanna !
Mr Khanna, Once again, your humble nature along with your intellegence / vast knowledge and experience sets you apart from other immigration lawyers! Thank You!
I have worked with Mr. Khanna' Law Firm for over 12 years now, in many ways, either through having my questions answered (when I was still a student), to getting my work visa done, or most recently, for visitor' visa inquiries / clarifications. Mr. Khanna and his team, have ALWAYS provided me with their valuable time and advice very graciously. Their 15 minutes of a conference call time to answer / address a question / issue, mean a lot to people who are on the receiving end. While there are many Lawyers / Attorneys who provide such services to their communities, I hardly know of ANY Law Firm who do so regularly, have done so for many, many years, and will continue to provide such services even in the future, including to those who are NOT their clients. There could be many instances when an individual is not able to pay the consultation fees. If it is not an abuse of his time and a genuine, sincere request has been made, Mr. Khanna and team WILL work out a way to provide those consultation services free of cost. Why so? Because, this is THEIR PASSION, ... to help people in the community. I personally admire this gesture and professionalism.
Very recently, I had specific and some general questions regarding B-2 visa RFE's for my Mother, who has been here under medical and humanitarian grounds, for quite a few years . This being the 2nd RFE that I have received, put me into some worries, questioning the Agency' motives as to why such RFE' after so long when all the required documents were handed to USCIS each time the application/petition was sent for a renewal. Clearly the Agency wants to get a clear picture about my Mother' health condition, and the costs associated with that and who is paying for her support so that she doesn't become a public burden. Her health condition doesn't allow for her to travel and the notion of her separation from me, due of the care that I give to her, makes her physical condition worse. Not to mention, that the most recent economic downturn has put me into some dire situations, conditions to provide for medical support. She did receive state' help for her medical expenses recently. I'm worried for this situation, which I wasn't earlier. It was for this reason, I contacted Mr. Khanna, and he provided me with his valuable answers, the best approach to answer such RFE, and what to do next.
I CANNOT thank Mr. Khanna and his whole team much. It was so nice to have talked with Rena W. after many years, and to know that some of the team members, like Ana B. with whom I had worked earlier, are still there, providing their excellent services.
I was first referred to Mr. Khanna by one of my friends, who also got his work visa and permanent residency done through Mr. Khanna. I can certainly refer anyone, to Mr. Khanna' Immigration Offices, to receive excellent and prompt services, anytime, without any hesitation.
Thank you for all that you do, for the community and its people. My very best wishes.
Ours is a long story. My green card was filed under EB3 India with a PD of May 2006. My husband's green card was filed under EB3 India in 2005. When our dates became current sometime in 2007, my I-140 was already approved and his was pending. So, we decided to go ahead with my case and filed for I-485 for both of us. However, the dates then retrogressed and our lawyer informed us that my husband's case is no longer valid since his LC expired 3 months after it was approved. We didn't know that LC expires if not used within a specific time frame and the lawyer did not inform us either. Anyways, my husband's GC was again filed, this time through Rajiv's firm with proper guidance and through EB2. Rajiv also guided us to go through Consular Processing instead of I-485 since in our case, my husband could legally work using EAD via the I-485 applied through my case. In all these years, the company I work for has increased in size and wants to promote me. I consulted with Rajiv regarding this and inquired about possibility for porting from EB3 to EB2. Rajiv answered all our questions and guided us appropriately this time too. We are now waiting to hear about the Priority Dates for October 2012 bulletin and will make a decision about EB3 to EB2 porting. It feels so good to be able to talk to Rajiv regarding these questions related to immigration and his knowledge and experience in this field is very very valuable for people like us. Every time we have talked to him we have received excellent response and guidance. My husband and the company he works for had a very good experience with EB2 filing. Everything was very professional and was checked and rechecked before it was sent through. Thanks to Rajiv for all his help with our case so far!
We first contacted Rajiv in 2011 while seeking an expert advice on our Green Card (GC) options. We were in fact looking to file under EB-1 (a) and most of the attorneys we contacted gave us a postive nod. However, I thought it was only Attorney Khanna who gave us a very honest opinion based on my CV. He told me very clearly that it is better to file under EB-1 (b) and that EB-1(a) could be long shot. He also said that the attorney will get paid irrespective of whether the GC petition is approved or not. And that is what we wanted to avoid and Rajiv was right to point that out. You cannot ask for more honesty in a person especially when it comes to complex legal matters. So it was then upto me to see if my employer is willing to support my case. And there were many issues and Rajiv was there to help me clear every questions that my employer had. I remember sitting in a conference call with at least 6 people from various offices and Rajiv answered every question they had with great patience. And what is humbling is that he did this all for free and without any contract signed. We signed a legal contract with the Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna in the month of June, 2012 and started preparing for filing I-140. You cannot ask for a better case manager than Diane who is always there to help you. You send her an e-mail and there will be a reply before you sign out. It is very important to have a good case manager like her while going through this arduous process of collecting documents, especially reference letters and various other documents (Our I-140 petion weighed at 10.1 Kg :)). Anyways to make the story short, the I-140 petition was filed premium on August 27th at Texas Service Center and we got an approval dated September 6th, 2012. An approval without any RFE is defintely credited to the professionalism that went into preparing the petition. This would not have been possible without the expert guidance and help from Rajiv. So let me take this opportunity to express our appreciation and gratitude to Rajiv and his staff, especially Diane.
I have had several consultations with Mr. Rajiv Khanna. I have always found him to be very professional, knowlegeable, courteous and patient. His advice has always helped me a lot. I would highly recommend his professional services to any one who is looking for a top class Immigration lawyer.
I would really like to thank Mr. Khanna for providing me very precise & clear-cut advice on the immigration issues. It was a great pleasure dealing with Mr Khanna; he is very thorough, knowledgeable & friendly to work with. Regards, Nakul Saluja
It was great help from Rajiv Sir to advice free to F1 students issues and questions. My friend recommended me to contact Rajiv Khanna Law Firm. God bless you with everything you wish. I applied my OPT and got rejected because of applied ahead of time. Then I again applied and got it. Now I have completed my program but still not have degree. I was worrying about my next status without having US degree in hand. But Mr. Rajiv suggested and explained it in real good manner and now I am just going with that flow. Thank you Mr. Khanna for your service to community in USA.
This is a great service. Mr. Khanna is very polite, considerate, and knows his profession very well. I did not pay him anything for consultation and yet he was very forthcoming and very generous in his time. He knows the ropes of the USCIS.
I can truly say Mr. Khanna is the best immigration lawyer. Our office has worked with Mr. Khanna and his team for years. They are always available to answer any questions and very helpful with the amount of information and assistance they provide. Thanks to Rajiv, Art, Anna and Judi we have a 100% approval rate so far.
