Form I-140

I got my I-140 approval in 15 working days. Wonderful job done by Aruna and Mathew. They are very good in coordinating with employer, clarifying GC related questions during the process.

I started my GC processing in November 2005 through Rajiv Khanna’s law firm. He is a lawyer of great standing and has helped me at every point in the whole process. Mr. Khanna is very knowledgeable. They are very prompt in replying to all the queries both from the clients and the USCIS. Mr. Khanna and his team knows how to put the application together and, if necessary, how to answer the queries and RFE's from USCIS.
