Thanks to the excellent work by Attorney Rajiv S. Khanna's team, especially the exceptional work by my case manager Diane Lombardo, my GC application was such a smooth sailing, it took only 1 year and 10 days for USCIS to approve the application!
I deeply appreciate the excellent professional work and the quick & concise responses by my very experienced case manager Diane Lombardo. Diane always answered my questions the same day, sometimes within minutes! She was so quick and professional in preparing my application documents, I always find myself being the one whom was too slow in response - such as providing supporting documents or returning a signed application form to her. Working in science, I found many of my colleagues were also applying for a GC. None of my colleagues’ other attorneys ever came close to providing the excellent and quick professional help the way Rajiv’s team does everyday! I highly recommend Rajiv’s law firm to anyone whom is looking for excellent professional help in immigration matters!
An additional information on why I chose Attorney Khanna: 6 years ago, I was fresh out of graduate school and half-heartedly contacted several law firms about applying for a GC. Not only did Rajiv himself call me just 2 hours after I contacted his law firm (I called before I went to lunch), he also gave me an honest answer after a quick evaluation over the phone - that I did not have much of a case back then! The quick response and no-nonsense answer are the reasons that, after establishing my career, I chose Attorney Khanna's law firm to process my GC application. And the outcome tells me that I had made the right choice!
Our case was initially filed with VSC in March, 2001 (EB2 and future-employment based, the petitioning company is located in NJ and we always work in California).
I got my I-485 approved in about 1.5 years, which is much faster than I predicted.... and I am sure it could have been approved faster if I had been more diligent about sending the paper work back to you guys... thanks for allowing this victory come true in my life... I have recommended your services to many friends, and I hope they are smart enough to follow my advice... green card
party soon!!!
When an I-485 is accepted at the Service Center, requests for FD-258 FBI fingerprint checks, fingerprint fees, and G-325A consular background checks are made by USCIS. Responses to these requests come back to USCIS and must be matched up with the appropriate files held in staging. File Maintenance "file connects" these responses to the corresponding files.
Mr. Rajiv and team are amazing. They really supported our GC processing by all means. The immigration Portal is so informative and helpful in making critical decisions.
Rajiv, Subha, Leila, Suman, Lakshmi, Charu, Prerana, Richa every one were so helpful during the process.
They were consistently supporting during the long process of 3years and 9 months to get our GC.
I wish many more other clients of this company will succeed like us in getting their GC because this talented team help.
Here are some experiences with regards to my entire track from NIW I-140 petition to I-485 approval. I had somewhat of an unique case, so if anyone here is in the same boat, this may be of help to you. I have done the entire process by myself, without an attorney, and long hours of research in the law library on U.S.C. Section 8.
Arrived to US in 1991 on J-1, not subject to section 212e, changed to F-1 on arrival. Became an H-1 in 2001 and filed for NIW in March of 2002, case was backlogged due to 9-11.
Dear Rajiv, Suman, Diane and Leila:
I wish to thank all of you for your excellent co-operation and help at all stages of our GC application.
On 7/20 we saw the online notice about the APPROVAL of our I-485 petition. We/you had filed an RFE on 7/16. Me and my family are very happy that the decision process was so quick, and all this would not have been possible without your valuable guidance.
At this stage I have two requests: 1) Most likely the approval notice will be received by your good office and we would like to have a copy of the same. Could you please email us upon receipt of the Approval, so we could forward you a fax number? 2) What is the next step after receipt of the I-485 Approval notice?
Once again many thanks to you and your excellent team for all the help all the way.
With best regards,
The KUPs.
I got my I-485 approval on July 20, 2004, ending a long nerve wrecking wait of almost 4 years. I would like to thank Rajiv S. Khanna and his staff for their outstanding work to help me in this important process.
I had to have my EAD renewed 2 times due to immense backlog. But I was not charged for the unexpected extra work.
I would like to show my special thanks to Leila Lehman, who was always there to answer instantly to all my questions during the I-485 processing.
Also, I would like to thank the entire staff especially to Diane Lombardo (Labor, I-140 and other paper processing), Suman Bhasin (for all those complicated and subtle questions), and Rajiv S Khanna (for indirectly answering my convoluted questions) and every one else who helped me during the process.
I have a couple of colleagues who went through the permanent residency adjustment of status processed by the team from the Law Office of Rajiv S. Khanna, and I have never heard anyone complaining.
I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire staff and thanks them for their professional assistance. For without it I would not have seen this day.
From Labor certificate, I-140 and I-485, Mr. Khanna's team did a very good job on my case. LC was filed in July 2002 and I-485 was approved in March 2005. Everything went smoothly. Mr. Khanna's team is a good one.
