Hello Rajiv Sir,

I recently received a full-time job offer with a tech company-A, and I am planning to start employment with them on STEM OPT, which is ending in 4 months. My H1B is picked by company-B, and they are open to C2C.

Company-A is not e-verified yet, and I am about to being my employment in 10 days. Given that I only have 4 months left in STEM OPT, and my H1B may begin on October 1st. How should I approach this situation if I want to continue working with Company A? Can I begin my day-1 CPT right after my H1B is approved, and continue my employment with Company A on Day-1 CPT until I find any employer wiling to sponsor H1B transfer later in the future? Will I loose my H1B status if I go with this route?
