I-140 Approval received on Jun 13, 1998. I-485 Received by INS on Aug 5, 1998. I-485 RFE sent out by INS on Nov 12, 1999. RFE was for employment letter, original geographical area of NIW approval and birth certificate. I-485 Response sent on December 7, 1999. I-485 Approved on December 23, 1999. Passport stamped on January 3, 2000 using courtesy copy (not original copy). Further, for those who are wondering how I was able to submit my I485 application in August 1998 when my priority date is Jan 13 1998, I qualify since I cross-charged my application under my spouse's country of birth.

I've just started my GC process with Mr. Khanna's firm. They are about to send my DOL LCert. While working with them since last few weeks, I admire there professionalism and dedication. I began my GC processing in October 1999. And got my LC done in December 1999. I really thankful to Mr. Rajiv and his team for their efforts. Now I am in process of filing for I-140. Mr. Rajiv and his staff is highly professional and very friendly. Working with him is absolutely hassle free. I never have to do any . Follow-up. with him as his staff do things very efficiently. In June of 1998 I changed jobs, and moved here to Florida in July of 1998. I began filing for new H1 visas in May of that same year. It took Just under two(2) months to get our H1-B and H-4. Just recently (Dec. 1999) our application for Alien Employment Certification, through the Atlanta DOL was approved. We are now in the process of filing our I-140 and, once the priority date becomes current, the I-485 (adjustment of status for GC). My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results Mr Khanna has been able to achieve since we first started with him in Maryland. We have come a far way, and it is refreshing to know that changing lawyers was the best choice we have made throughout this ordeal. My wife & kids H4 was not renewed and were Out of Status due to company's fault and my ignorance and trust on the company. This happened in 2003. We hired a local lawyer, best in town, to handle my case in 2005, when I found out on my own that my dependant's H4 was not renewed. We applied at USCIS, but was rejected. We appealed in the Court, but was denied.
I contacted Rajiv Khanna and we applied in 2008, after more than 4 years in Out of Status. My H1 was renewed, along with H4 in 2 days!!!!! Can you believe it?
After 4 years of Mental tension and all the agony, we passed through, we felt so relieved.

Both me and my wife filed for our I-485 processing through LORK in July 2007. My file got through and I received my EAD,I-485 receipts and AP. But my wife's file got lost in USCIS and we did not got any receipts. Roopa and Matthew put in great efforts to get her application through. My 140 got approved in 9 days ,great work from Rita and attorneys at Law offices of Rajiv .

The long wait still continues to file 485 .

My previous employer didn't file for my wife H4 when they filed for my H1B, which made her out of status from Sep 2002. I got to know that Rajiv's office did help the clients with H4 issues. That is when I decided to try with them. We filed for my H1B (7th yr extension) and my wife H4 at the same time in Oct 05. We requested to give the status from Sep 02 - Jan 07. USCIS approved both H1B and H4. But they gave her status from Jan 06 - Jan 07, which means she was still out of status from Sep 02 - Jan 06. Then we decided to file for MTR and we filed MTR in Nov 05. USCIS responded to MTR in Sep 06 with RFE. We sent response to RFE and they gave status from Sep 02 - Jan 06, which means my wife got full status.
All this couldn't have happened with out strategic thought process Rajiv/Jitesh and their team has put together. We are extremely happy about how our case has been handled from day one we chose to hire Rajiv's law firm. My special thanks to Rajiv/Jitesh/Ursula/Anna and their team for answering all my questions at different stages of this. In future if I need any immigration help I would definitely go for Rajiv firm. I got my 485 approved after filing WOM. Rajiv Khanna's office was very helpful, and their guidance in the whole case was always truthful and honest. Rajiv and Jitesh advised me in this case and filed WOM in DC Circuit Court.All filings related to this case were done on time, the arguments in the case were solid, and name check was cleared within a month of filing WOM.

We applied in late September; and my case for permanent resident status was approved last week. Mathew Chacko and Heather Crumb took care of all the paperwork and the process and were both extremely helpful, prompt and did a wonderful job. Couldnt have asked for a better service!

I started my GC processing in Sept. 98. Rajiv and his team got my LC done in Apr 99. I filed my I-140 in May 99. There were some questions regarding the valuation of my degree and experience. But Rajiv and Fidelina went out of way and got second evaluation of my education done which fitted the case in the EB2/RIR category.
