I've just started my GC process with Mr. Khanna's firm. They are about to send my DOL LCert. While working with them since last few weeks, I admire there professionalism and dedication. They've been good at follow up. I was surprised how much Mr. Khanna has been involved. I think it will be a good experience down the road. Special thanks to Mr. Khanna, Rajiv Durgam, Miss. Suman and Ursla Jara.
I began my GC processing in October 1999. And got my LC done in December 1999. I really thankful to Mr. Rajiv and his team for their efforts. Now I am in process of filing for I-140. Mr. Rajiv and his staff is highly professional and very friendly. Working with him is absolutely hassle free. I never have to do any . Follow-up. with him as his staff do things very efficiently. Also Thanks to Suman and Leila as they are always helpful.
In June of 1998 I changed jobs, and moved here to Florida in July of 1998. I began filing for new H1 visas in May of that same year. It took Just under two(2) months to get our H1-B and H-4. Just recently (Dec. 1999) our application for Alien Employment Certification, through the Atlanta DOL was approved. We are now in the process of filing our I-140 and, once the priority date becomes current, the I-485 (adjustment of status for GC). My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results Mr Khanna has been able to achieve since we first started with him in Maryland. We have come a far way, and it is refreshing to know that changing lawyers was the best choice we have made throughout this ordeal. We continue to look forward to the high standard of work Mr Khanna is setting for his clients. ** Keep up the good work Mr Khanna & Staff **
The work was very well done in a timely manner. thank you
Thank you very much for the swift and efficient process. Hoping to use you guys again at a later date

Hi, I had a query about L1-A processing with a very specific challenge I was facing. I took 15 mins consultation and paid $220 but I tell you, it was REALLY WORTH it. Not only Mr. Khanna helped counter that challenge but also he told me a way to overcome it completely. I really appreciate Mr. Khanna's professionalism and really greatful to him THANKS a LOT for all your help!
This comment for Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna should be written 3 years ago. Sorry for the delay. My case was one of the most complicated and long-shot cases, regarding the fact that I was a diplomat in USA and my wife, as a diplomat Spouse (A-1 dependant) found a unique opportunity to work as a Senior Developer in a big company. After company's decision to sponsor my wife for GC, we didn't want to go with company law department, but instead decided to apply to Mr. Khanna and his staff to lead and guide us through the process. The reason for our choice was positive recommendations and all those admires happened to be true that my wife was able to get her GC in 6 months. Because of my diplomatic position, we were advised to hold my case and activate it when I was back home. We left US in 2008, activated my file by 2009, and as of 2011 my wife, our 3 y/o son and myself turned back to USA as permanent residents, thanks to Mr. Khanna and his proffessional staff which followed every detail and filing efforts precisely. We will definitely ask their assistance for our naturalization process.

I'm a non-married Iranian citizen who’s my first-degree family members are US citizens, currently residing in USA. During last several years I've been rejected every time I requested for a US visa (both F and J).
Now, I am qualified to become a Canadian PR through the skilled-worker program. The visa is issued and I will be soon landing in Canada. I was wondering if my chances for getting a B-2 visa to visit my family will be any better once I'm a registered Canadian resident. Is it wise to ask for a visa once I get my PR card?
I think if you wait till you have a steady job and roots in Canada, and then apply to visit USA, you should have a better chance.
My situation. I work for company A
1. My 6th yr H1-B ends in Dec 2011
2. Labor approved (PD May 2010) and I-140 (applied Sep 2010) pending - EB3
3. Once my I-140 gets approved (hopefully) my lawyer's plan to apply for a 3 yrs extension some time next year (Till Dec 2014).
After/If I do get my extension for 3yrs with my company A, then Can I change my job to company B in 2012(who is willing to do my labor and I-140 again).
An extended H-1 can be transferred, but obtain the extension before the former employer revokes the I-140. I see no issues (generally speaking) with a PD transfer, unless USCIS (not the employer) revokes the I-140. Ask your lawyers for details.
