There are so many people on the web who feel have been un-informed of this process. I, on the contrary, have got the right information from your office and am very happy about this. Hi ALL It took me sometime to write this comment, because it was hard to find the words to express my admiration and satisfaction with this winning Law office, especially my Case Team (Amrita and Seema). I come from a background that I had few failures with other offices; Needless to say, I lost both Money and Time. When I moved my case to this office, I thought it was a little more Money than I paid before. Also, the process seemed a little slow, because my Case Managers was very careful and cautious about every detail. They always said, we look at the long term implications, not to have you pass the PERM and fail in the next steps. Frankly, I felt bad sometimes because of the time spent to get everything perfect. Here come the surprise, when they finally submitted my case, I got approved within 72 Hours. it was obviously shocking unbelievable surprise. This result made appreciate they way the case was prepared and the time spent. That being said, this office worth every penny paid and more. I'm really impressed with my Case Managers (Amrita and Seema). Amrita, Seema, Thank you very much for all what you done. Looking forward to applying I140, I485 with your office. Though still waiting for my last stage of GC to be cleared, I went with Rajiv S. Khanna as my attorney. Rajiv is an expert on Immigration Laws and is straight up and abreast of rules & regulations. He helped me at every point in the whole process even when my 6 yr H1-B was getting expired to file the renewal with appropriate paperwork and was very quick to do this. I never had any problem or incompletion about the paperwork done under his guidance, which has been perfect. Perfect paperwork reduces the total time of this lengthy process. His associates who worked with me on my case are very thorough. I am greatly thankful to Richa Narang who worked with me from the begining of the process and then Prerna Mehta who took over later who is always available and is happy to respond calmly and peacefully. Law offices of Rajiv Khanna did a good job in getting my labor approved. My special thanks to Richa and Suman My case is EB2 with masters. But, I got masters after joining the company. Attorneys has provided good instructions on how to get promotion on to a position requiring masters etc. It worked very well and the documentation is really good. Response to the client is quick. Overall I am satisfied with the skills.
